He doesn't LISTEN -- it is shocking to be in a mental health visit and be talked over. He reads off of a checklist of questions but doesn't actually seem interested in the answer. It wasn't a dialogue about my care, he just wanted to push me through. Would not recommend him to anyone who wants to feel their doctor is engaged with them, or who wants to be an active participant in their treatment.

Based on previous experiences I was wary at my first appointment, but Dr. Mushref has been incredible. He was meticulous when learning about my history, left no stone unturned. He was very patient and descriptive when explaining to me why he disagreed with the medication the previous psychiatrist had put me on. Great listener, very caring. He has made my life so much easier as I have had only positive side effects since I began seeing him!
