Tsedey Eshetu Md's Online Review Report Card

I met with Dr.Eshetu and explained some issues that were concerning me and a desire to resume medicating a previously diagnosed issue. She would not prescribe me the medicine and instead suggested an anti-depressant(not what I asked for and not related to my diagnosis. I explained I had proof of diagnosis, but she wasn’t interested in that and offered unnecessary alternatives that are much more expensive and not currently feasible for me) Then in her notes she completely missed why I was asking for the medicine. I was seeking help with organization while balancing college and work and taking care of a home and she documented that I used to take the drug in college but once completed went off it.(this is not true I did not finish college and have resumed it now)

My wife and I took our 7yr old son in for an annual physical. Dr. Tsedey Eshetu was amazing. We have been coming to this particular doctor's office for years. We have seen other doctors in the past and we have always felt a little disrespected and ignored. After meeting Dr. Eshetu for the first time we felt as if I were medical concerns were being answered. Her customer service and ability to effectively communicate with us as parents was extremely refreshing. My wife and I felt as if our son was finally able to receive the proper care from an individual that is extremely intelligent, bright, charismatic, and simply a truly blessing from God. I normally don't write post or comments about any individual but this particular doctor is truly amazing and one of a kind. anyone that has her on their staff has just made one of the greatest decisions of their life. Amazing!!!!!!!!

When requesting my appointment, I specified my concerns. Once I arrived and was seen by Dr.Eshetu, I felt like I was at the self checkout line at Walmart. None of my concerns were addressed.Once the results arrived in mychart, I never received any guidance from the doctor. As far as my concerns for scheduling the appointment, I was told I would have to see a different doctor. If I would have know this from the beginning, I would have never booked this appointment. I can get more help from WEB MD.
