I have been going to Dr Faisal for years & he has always managed my mental health with kindness & compassion. Rhona can be stern at times but with kindness she has always been helpful & polite. In this time trying to find a provider that can help manage your medications can be difficult. Give him a chance...he will not disappoint!

Pretty horrible office. The only highlight was the nurse taking vitals. Everyone else from Rhonda or Rhoda to the Dr are condescending and unhelpful. I went and left with the same information and script I received from my PCP. Stay away and find a psych that does more than medicine management.

I have been seeing dr. Faisal’s office for a while now. I notice almost every time I call for something, whether thats therapy, status on medication. Rhoda, answers the phone and she acts inconvenienced and has a snarky tone. I have put up with it for awhile, but that is no excuse to treat someone like that. People are calling because they are in need of mental help, and you should speak to them accordingly. I have gone through something traumatic this past weekend, and was calling to get in to see a therapist. She immediately said “what do you want”? You are the first person people speak to and see. If you dislike people that much, maybe pick a new job.

Very diligent in researching complicated cases. Speaks clearly and concisely on difficult issues. Making certain you understand any conclusions, obstacles and challenges. He does not “shoe box” people but carefully considers their uniqueness. I found him to act with high integrity and professionalism.

Dr. Fasil is a wonderful doctor. I've seen him for years and he's caring, on time, and always listens. Great staff as well.

After my concern about medication that Dr. Faisal was trying to get me off of, and rightfully so, he offered to give me other doctors names if I was not satisfied with him. I said I would stick with him, and now I am off that medication, and I'm very happy with Dr. Faisal.
