I finally had to have cataract surgery and Dr. Abramowitz was recommended to me. I met with him and after an exam and discussion about lens possibilities, I chose the Vivity Multifocal Toric lens. On June 6 I returned for surgery. Everyone I met was extraordinarily kind and professional. First to the Laser Room to have the lens emulsified and shortly after this point I was sedated with Versed and Fentanyl and the old lens was removed and the new lens inserted but I remember none of it. No pain, no problems and I look forward to the second procedure in two. Dr. Abramowitz and the Dominion Eye Care nurses and staff have my strongest recommendation.

I was diagnosed with normal tension open angle glaucoma 8 years ago and I have seen four very good eye specialists along the way, but Dr. Abramowitz was the first one to help me fully understand the beast. The staff also helped me reduce the cost of the extremely expensive eyedrops that really work. I am grateful to the kind doctor and his proactive staff.

When I was diagnosed with glaucoma and I began to see Dr Abramowitz and I can only say great things about him. He cares about his patients, has lots of patience and knows what he needs to do and he is a kind & thoughtful person, the kind of doctor you want when taking care of your eyes.

Dr Abramowitz is AMAZING. Such a great professional and fabulous Dr. I had an emergency situation and he was great. I had been seeing him every other day then weekly and now slowing down a bit. He pretty much saved me. He is so kind and thoughtful. I wish I could see him for everything.
