The office staff is very professional and always greets you with a smile. Drs. Josovitz Marathe and Kazemi have a great bedside manner and take the time to make sure you are engaged in the decisions affecting your plan of care.

Please be aware with these facility dont trust them they are charging you twice at least maybe later I will get more who knows now. If I could put 0 starts I would do it. Just making fraud instead of treatment. As well I didnt get any appropriate consultation. My problem still here. And in addition I have to spend time on calls between billing facility insurance. Billing is telling they dont know about payment on facility. Facility dont know about why billing is putting bill again. Just my insurance aware that I have to pay only once.

This review is for Dr. Aram. The office staff was very friendly. I presented my concerns that the situation was not exactly what she thought it was and she completely gaslit me. She told me I will not get better unless I take the prescriptions. Later on my suspicions were confirmed that she was totally wrong. I no longer have digestive issues. If I had taken her advice I would have ruined my digestive system for years. In my opinion her medical education is outdated and she clearly doesnt do any continuing education. She didnt even know the basic mechanisms of acid reflux. I recommend going to a GI doctor that will actually listen to your concerns. People like this should be held accountable for their negligence.

I was released as a patient and I still do not know why. None of my problems were answered and when I needed an endoscopy surgery my own doctor did not perform the procedure or follow up with me for my results. I find this very unprofessional and the service was very rude.

During this time of COVID I felt much safer conducting the visit via Telehealth than in person. Dr Young answered all my questions and it was a positive experience.
