Ghazaleh Aram's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Aram is such a great physician with a sweet and caring bedside manner. I had to get scheduled for a upper endoscopy which I've had many times before. However, my hubby and I both needed a procedure and ge needs is over 50 colonoscopy which i know he is very uncomfortable with this. He was very pleased with Dr. Aram and her way with he and I as her patients. We wish Dr. Aram was a Family Practice Physician as well! 😉

Dr. Aram is a good listener, very professional, organized and conscientious doctor.I'm over 70 years old and very hard to satisfy. However I found Dr. Aram and her wonderful staff very attentive and caring with outstanding bedside manners.I had an endoscopy done today and I was very worried because I get very anxious. They were very supportive, compassionate, and kind. Thank you Dr. Aram, Dr. Andries, Rn Amanda, Rn Katie and Keely.

Dishonest, unethical practice. Before coming in, they clearly stated they took my specific insurance. So, I came in for my 1st step appointment (the second was the actual procedure). Just a nurse's blood pressure check, followed by a less-than-five minute screening interview with Dr. Aram. Then, I walked to an admin, to schedule the actual procedure. And then, the bait and switch: as I was leaving, the scheduler says, “oh, yeah, our doctor takes your insurance, but – our anesthesia provider (in-house provider wholly-owned by the practice’s physicians – and the only one allowed) does not take your insurance. Good luck: maybe you can negotiate with them!" Stunned by this complete, brazen dishonesty, I refused to go further, and did not schedule. Since then, this unethical practice has been submitting and resubmitting to my insurance under a wild variety of billing codes (e.g. "annual physical exam") - again dishonest. And of course, they are sending me a multi-hundred dollar bill. BEWARE

Dr. Aram is wonderful! She's thorough, and comforting. I called in with a concern and talked to the Office Manager, Sheri Styles, probably 6 or more years ago, she suggested that I see Dr. Aram. It's so important to find a doctor that's the right fit for you and your condition, and Sheri nailed it! So, thanks Sheri, to you and the office staff at AIG's Manassas location - you all have been so helpful!

I will never go there again the stuff is unprofessional I had an appointment with DR aram I was there on time and sing in the paper there . after few minutes the receipts call me and ask me to sing me in . then she told me that my appointment was 15 mints before . she sais sorry we cant see you . But I was there. I think they have too many patient that is why they don't know who sing in or out . I do not recommend people to go there.

Dr. Aram was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. I can't say enough good things about the staff in her office. Because I am now 54 years old, I was recommended to have a colonoscopy as a routine proceedure. The outpatient center in Woodbridge was efficient and immaculate. There were no questions about the prep, they were very thorough. No one was impatient with me in the aftercare center, either - they even verified I had a ride before they let me leave. Thank you so much!

Dr. Aram was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about my procedures. She took the time to explain to me what was going to happen and why I needed the procedures. At the time of the procedures she was outstanding. She was right there when I came out of recovery and explained the procedures and what to expect.

Initially, I was a bit turned off by the lady scheduling my appointment. However, on the day of my appointent, the office staff was very friendly and well organized. I arrived early to fill out paperwork, and was seen 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time by a medical assistant who took my vitals and put me in the examining room. Five minutes later, Dr. Aram came in and introduced herself. She asked about my medical history and the problems I was having. She was very patient and listened attentively. She explained the course of treatment and procedures that I would need to do to confirm the diagnosis. After my procedures, she explained things thoroughly to me and answered any questions that I had. I cannot say how very pleased and confident I am in having a wonderful gastroenterologist like Dr. Aram. I would give her a hundred stars if I could! -g
