Always professional and knowledgeable. I have been a patient 10+years. I travel from Maryland to see her. I have no problem traveling the distance because I know I'll receive quality care. The staff is also professional and welcoming.

The only complaint is do not be in a rush. When Dr. Jacobs is with with you all of her attention is on you. She answers all your questions and explains what is going on in a way you understand. The staff is also very nice.

I have a rare eye disease and she has been trained in ways to help. Extremely pleased with her. Because she is so good, you often have to wait, so take a book! BUT she is well worth the wait; doesn't phase me at all as when she is with me, she is totally focused on my issues.
