Lilly Kc Md's Online Review Report Card

I've been a patient of Dr. KC's since 2000. I credit her with saving my life because I developed a very rare at that time autoimmune disorder called dermatomyositis. Through her diligence she got me to a fantastic female rheumatologist and they got me diagnosed very quickly which is truly important many patients are not diagnosed in time, and on the road to a long hard remission. It took almost five years but again her quick actions and her suspicions of what I had really saved my life because I had a friend who died from this autoimmune disorder. As time has passed she has helped me with a great many issues and has really taken fantastic care of me and I can't say enough about her and her professional manner as well as her caring Manor I doubt you can find too many doctors like her. I have thought about moving out of state a couple times and one of the things that I can't bear to do is to lose her so I'm still here. If you knew how many issues medical issues I have you would understand why I say this. Through it all I have relied on her and have never been disappointed or been made to feel bad because of her not wanting to deal with me she has always made me feel like I'm the most important person in her practice. I can tell her anything and that is so important. I bless her time and again.

Dr.KC is Excellent. My experience with her every visit has been great. She’s knowledgeable, caring, shows concern, she’s thorough and kind hearted. She always gives you a reality check! I can say, I love my doctor!💚

Dr. KC is a really good doctor! Only reason I'm leaving two stars is because regardless of how long I see her during an appointment, my insurance gets bill for a high complexity visit, making it the as expensive as possible. I pay over $140 EVERY visit!!! Last visit she was in the room 6 minutes (yes, I timed it), for a prescription refill. I was charged for a visit my insurance said should have been a 12-18 minute long consultation/check up... Great doctor, but they need to learn to how to code

This was one of the worse dr experiences of my life. Did not bother with medical history. Tried to take me off of other meds that had nothing to do with why I was in there and had not requested a consult for. No bedside manner whatsoever. No interest in listening. Awful.

While she didn't seem hurried, I felt like she was reading from a text book. Not listening. Not asking. As soon as I'd say one word, she'd say "oh that's this"...then when she finally would let me speak again, she'd realize she was wrong and assert a different view. I will only go back to her because of the tests that I need to follow up on, but then I will find another dr.

The whole practice is awesome, from the ladies at the front desk, who always have a smile to Dr. KC, to the nurses. I have been several times and every appt is a pleasure.

This doctor helps my entire family. Very wonderful doctor.

If you like to wait in an office for over 30mins then she is the doctor for you. I have consistently waited for long periods of time. When she does come into the exam room, she is very quick. I always feel rushed. At my last visit, I waited for 45 mins. She was in my room for 3 mins. I waited another 20 mins for a prescription paper that I only received because I went looking for the nurse. Dr. KC was suppose to run multiple tests on my blood work but she forgot to fill out all of the paper work.
