Great check in staff, the girls I spoke to were very polite. Now comes the bad. Run down building/area, definitely wouldn’t be my first choice … feels very low budget. The doctor seemed very, uninterested…almost like I was bothering him by being there. As we spoke I felt like he was just checking the blocks for a check. My first appt lasted maybe 10 minutes, he asked me questions I already answered on the paperwork, hilarious. Not surprised though, that’s my usual experience with doctors. No warm personality at all. Quick to speak but NOT listen. Glad I don’t have to return often.

First let me say that I think Dr Labbaf is wonderful but the staff particularly the person that sends prior approvals has not one clue of what they are doing! The office manager doesn’t pickup the phone and now works from home??? I spoke with her once and my medication was finally approved but only for a month and he told me to come back in two! I drove 7 hours to see him and I can’t tell you how many times I have called his office and my insurance has called and left messages explaining what to do and over a month later a one month approval and I have spent almost 2k out of pockets and now have to be reimbursed! Ridiculous

I never saw Dr. Labbaf because the person who scheduled my appointment apparently didn't enter it into the system. I had originally selected an appointment online for the next day, it said it was tentative, and I received a call saying it was left open by mistake. I then scheduled an appointment a month in advance by phone with a receptionist. I called the day before with a question and left a voicemail but never heard back. Because it's hard to get anyone on the line I decided to just go at my scheduled time. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment for me. The receptionist asked pointedly if I had received a confirmation. Well I spoke to a receptionist and scheduled it. Not every office sends email confirmations. It's not worth dealing with staff who forget to enter your appointment into the system, don't respond to your voicemail, and blame you for their mistakes. I won't be going back.

He is very friendly and skilled . Perfect doctor . Perfect neurologist. I am so glad to meet Dr . Labaf and i am his patient.

Very disappointing experience in this office, and with Dr. Labbaf attitude and overall care, this man is absolutely absurd and very ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Nobody answers the phone. Is this office still in business? I tried calling so many times but no one seems to ever answer the phone. I know offices tend to be busy at times but ALL THE TIME??? I just don’t get it. My migraines are getting worst just by trying to reach these people. Anyway please return my call when you can. If you can. When you can. Thanks.

Poor service, scheduled appt on a Friday and was only interested in getting patients out or rescheduled. If you have other options, I would try them first. Tried to follow up on appt, turned out to be rainy and got delayed by accident, (I'm traveling from Woodbridge), was 11 min late and cancelled my appt and told I had to reschedule...there was nobody in the waiting room. Also, the location is pretty run down, it looked like someone urinated in the elevator.

I went a couple months ago for attention issues in school and he said “ oh you can’t have ADD you’ll see it during elementary school” and I was like okay but that doesn’t explain me not being able to do my work or focus so he chopped it up to my depression instead of testing me for ADHD and after I left I told my mom never to schedule an appointment with him again. His facial expressions are so negative and I went to a nurse practitioner and explained my attention problems and she ACTUALLY tested me for ADHD and guess who has it ME. Please go somewhere else
