Based on reading several positive reviews, my wife and I made an appointment with Dr. Molly White at Prince William Family Medicine for July 8, 2020. Both of us were definitely very pleased with our experience. From the wonderfully thorough and polite Ms.Dulce in making our appointments to Michelle, a very competent, efficient, and very considerate nurse, and the helpful staff at check-in and check-out, we are extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism at this practice. We found Dr. Molly White to be thorough, understanding, capable, and genuinely interested in helping her patients. We are certain that we have found our permanent PCP. Thank you, Dr. White and your wonderful team.

No help whatsoever. Will never go to her again. If you want real treatment she’s not the Dr for you

I felt like Doctor White listened to me. She prescribe me with medication for diabetes however my insurance needs another signature for the pharmacy to release the medication to me. It has been sent to Dr. Whites office several times over the last three weeks for signature and multiple calls made be me to get this all cleared up so I can take the medication. Three weeks later I had to cancel my follow up appointment for next week to review a medication that for some reason I am unable to get because Dr. Whites office refuses to sign off on it for the the insurance approval.

I don’t think incompetent is fully capable of describing how horrific dr white is but it’s close. I spent maybe 15 minutes with her before she rushed off to go ignore another patient but she did make time to legitimately encourage me to relapse into an eating disorder I was in recover for. She had me repeat test (all of which showed the same issues) and then decided not to treat me. Instead of adjusting my medication she suggested weight loss. Yes because we all know weight loss can cure all auto-immune diseases. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars and still getting sicker. Absolute waste of time and energy.

Dr White was completely lacking in any bedside manner. She repeatedly talked to me like I was a petulant child, constantly condescending. At one point in my appointment she actively encouraged me to relapse into an eating disorder I am in recovery for. She ignored my questions and refused to give me any referrals. Fantastic bedside manner. Really warm. Patiently listened to my concerns.

I went in for a "complete physical". Other than listening to my heart and lungs, nothing else was done. No urinalysis, no EKG. I am a 58 year old woman with hypertension. Billed the crap out of my insurance company too. No different at the follow up to discuss lab results. Just billed the crap out of my insurance company again to talk to me for 5 minutes about my new diagnosis of diabetes. I left bewildered. No meds, no diet to follow, nothing. Was told just to be careful with carbs. Will not be back.

I have been a patient of Dr. White for several years and have always been pleased with treatments and outcomes. I have never felt rushed. I come with my questions and she answers them to my satisfaction. The rest of the staff is great too.
