List of Nicholas John Tavani's Reviews
He has a good bedside manner. I have a real problem with their billing. Rather than contact their patients directly, his office will send even a first notice straight to collections which communicates a hostile relationship. Also. his complete reliance on MyPrivia (managed service provider) is not appreciated.
The secretarial staff was very helpful, absolutely no issues with them whatsoever. They should have the stethoscope on rather than "Doctor" Tavani.
Dr. Tavani is a good doctor, but his office manager (his wife) and whomever does billing tend to bill out the yang for nothing. They then call you at your emergency contacts the same week the bill went out. Harassment. Unprofessional.
He tells you like it is but spends as much time with you as needed. I have never felt rushed or unimportant.
Horrible horrible horrible Horrible in every possible way. I got an appointment from that awful place for a physical check up. They said you have to come in 30-mins early to finish your paperwork. I came in 30 mins before my time and NO ONE there at the welcome desk. I waited there after 20 mins someone finally shows up. She was extremely rude to me. He said get me your insurance and ID and a credit card. I asked why would you need my credit card my plan doesn’t charge for annual check up. She said I have to have that on file because we will charge you 25$ if you have mentioned anything that hurt you in that visit. I gave her all the information and I was waiting an extra 13 mins because she was talking on the phone. That means I have been there 33 mins and my actual appointment is at 1:30 PM. She said fill the paperwork. I told her that’s a lot and I won’t have time to finish all of that (because that’s mean I will need another 30mins to complete that) she said I won’t let you in if you didn’t finish it. I was like that’s not my fault I came 30 mins early as requested and I was just waiting here. I left work at certin time and I have to be back at certin time. I can’t be late I have meetings. She said what I am suppose to do I was helping another patient. I said I understand your point, but I can’t be late. I came in my time it’s not my fault. She said you won’t get in without filling those paperwork. I said I need to speak with a manger... guess what was her answer??? There is no manger. Oh wow, what is that awful place? No wonder no ones goes to them. Just wasted my time for nothing. Horrible horrible horrible horrible
Appreciate finding this doctor! He listens to your concerns and gives you time instead of feeling rushed.
I have never needed an urgent appointment, so I'm not sure about that one, but I have always found their office willing to accommodate my changes. Dr. Tavani is an excellent caring Doc who is easy to talk to and who is a very patient man (no pun intended). I get the impression that if you needed extra care, he would spend as much time as needed.
Absolutely the best in patient care. Through, efficient, compassionate. I've been to a lot of doctors, Dr. Tavani is absolutely the best.
I would never go back for a number of reasons. I will not use this rating system to badmouth someone, I just will NOT go back.
He moved his office futher away and we followed him although we had choices closer to home

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
