I had no problem when I saw the Dr. The issue is the staff. I call and call and they do not answer, even during office hours, then I leave messages, no one calls back. They sent in the wrong medication to CVS, not once, but twice. I was supposed to have it in August. It is Nov 1 tomorrow and I still do not have the medication. Been seeing Dr Bennett for about 12 years. Absolutely the best foot doctor. He takes the time to talk to you, he shows you your xrays and explains everything in details. I agree that some of the staff members are not very customer service oriented. But Dr Bennet is the best and I wouldn't see any other foot doctor.

Dr. Bennett and the other doctors and members of his medical team are a perfect example of what medical professionals should be. After 9 surgeries in as many months, many middle-of-the-night calls and texts, visits in office and hospital rooms, I have never doubted the commitment and devotion these people have to their patients. They saved my foot and quite possibly my life.

Dr. Bennett said I had a fracture (which it turns out I didn't) and that he needed to inject me with a sclerosing agent. When he put the needle in my foot, he hit the nerve and caused permanent nerve damage. I saw multiple doctors afterwards who said he never should have injected me with a sclerosing agent in the first place.

I have been going to see dr Bennett since i was 10 years old. I am now 27. (17 years) He is absolutely amazing! His bedside manner is phenomenal. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He takes his time with his patients and really cares. (This is why some people complain about how long they have to wait) Let me tell you, it is worth the wait! I will be moving 3 hours away and still plan to continue seeing him as i feel he is the best doctor I have ever seen. After every injury, every surgery and every complaint, he has always been able to fix it. If you are looking for a fantastic podiatrist try seeing him.

Love this guy guy. Couldn’t ask for a better surgeon and when the surgery is over you couldn’t ask for a better doctor/person to talk to and to follow up with.

Very kind and knowledgable. As a young patient (14 at the time), I was comforted by his patience and the time he took to explain the procedure as well as the results of surgery.
