Very unprofessional place, especially the Doctor is very offensive. Never going to this place again.

This is the worst pediatrician my 2 kids have ever experienced. The Staff is rude and disrepecful. I also was put on hold 3 times and every time she came back to the phone she would ask the same question "how can I help you" when they already knew it was me that they had on hold. They schedule 4-5 patients at the same time and keep them in the waiting room for close to an hour. After they bring you to the room, you have to wait another 20-25 minutes for the Doctor to show up. They call me multiple times every single week to make appointments when I never requested and proceed to book appointments without my permission that led to charging me fees.

Muy mala atención de parte de todo el personal te dejan cita y luego te hacen esperar 30 minutos en la sala de espera si no es que más y luego otros 40 minutos en el cuarto para que llegue el doctor solo para que te pregunte si tu hijo hace bien pipí

Very bad, I went to do my physical exam to play sports at school, the doctor did not check me well, he just touched my neck and shoulders and I asked him if he could sign the paper where he allowed me to play a sport at school and that It was fine, he told me to give it to the receptionist, the receptionist told me that I had to pay 15 dollars, that was not the problem, the problem was that I had to wait 3 days for them to return the paper to me, apart from the fact that I had to pay 15 dollars I have to wait 3 days for them to give me the paper for a simple signature and Dr. Lamba was not doing nothing, literally he was sitting looking at his phone, lack of profesionalism

Stay away from these place !the staff their don’t know what they are doing. They charge for not showing up even if you had call to cancel 48 hr ahead. Then you take your kids for checks up and they call you the next day that you dint show up and charge you .then they call the next day that your kid needs to get check. They don’t have record of anything. these place is very unprofessional. and if you need medicine the staff won’t send the prescription to the pharmacy i will never take my kids here again. quédese fuera de este lugar! las personas de enfrente no saben lo que asen. te cobran por cualquier cosa si tú cancelas una cita aunque aygas llamado dos días antes te cobran. y cuando llevas a tus niños al doctor te ablan el siguiente día que no llegastes que tienes que pagar. ellos no mantienen un buen récord de las cosas este lugar es bien inprofesional y si tus niños nesesitan medicinas nunca las mandan . nunca llevaré a mis hijos ahí otra ves.

Ignorant and pathetic doctor. He does not care about patients. Extremely rude and nasty.

Dr. Lamba is a terrible doctor my daughter had an ear infection so he prescribed medicine and he never called CVS so I could not get my daughters medicine and another day I made an appointment and then he canceled my appointment and is now charging me 25 dollars per child all of the staff are so unprofessional they also charge insurance every time they call us to check up on us the only good work there was this amazing woman named Keylin she always fixed all the mistakes the other staff would do but sadly she does not work there any more please do not ever go there!

The worst doctor I have ever seen. Super rude I don’t know how he gets his medical degree. He was yelling at me when I tried to ask him about my son situation.

I wish I can or someone sue that place Dr samba is our kids dr but whenever our kids Gets sick he doesn’t have a time to see them or his staff gives two weeks time but the kid is sick now and they put you on hold and never answer them or telling us they gonna call back never does what can be done is there any one answer that

I was referred by my friend to this office. I must say the staff is very good, they checked us in on time, there was a 5 m delay though, the doctor is very professional, great bedside manners, highly recommended office ..thanks
