Sassan Hassassian's Online Review Report Card

It's absurd to me that there are not 5 stars across the board here. I've never been to a practice where every single person there seems to care about you and your well being. When I see people complaining about costs or insurance or anything like that, well, that's the healthcare system. These guys have consultations and follow up visits because they are professionals who want to make sure you are doing well. If you aren't, then they are trying to find the next solution. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed and happy with Dr. Hassassian and the nurse Tracy? Cant remember her name however when I had to cancel an appointment due to the office not being able to tell me how much a procedure would be I was charged a $150 cancellation fee as the appointment was within 24 hours. The Office Manager was not willing to work with me on this even though she was unable to give me a cost estimate for the procedure being done. I offered to postpone the visit until she could calculate an estimate but she would not budge from charging $150 and said that it was my fault for not asking the cost when I scheudled the appointment. I am very disappointed and sadened by this response as other than this I was very happy with my experience. I have since cancelled all follow on appointments and urge caution to those doing business with them if finances are of concern.

I have been seeing Dr. Hassassian for a number of years now and I am extremely pleased with my treatment. Dr. Hassassian looks for ways to help me he takes time with me. He makes sure I understand my treatment plan and what medication I am taking. I highly recommend Dr. Hassassian for pain management and spine issues.

I have been a patient of Dr H for years now, and I must say that his work, His staff.. They have changed my life. From years of chronic pain to a doctor who listens. I have been to pill pushers and he is not. I have been to doctors trying to pump money out of me and this office does not. He's incredibly ethical. If he can't fix the problem, he will say so. If he can only improve the problem, he will say so. He doesn't always have the answer you want to hear, but his integrity, empathy, and professionalism is unlike any other I've seen. I was injured in the service and I have been all over to doctors all over the country. Dr. H is above and beyond any of the other doctors I have met. Dr. H and his staff took my request to be on as little medication as rarely as possible seriously. He's done exactly what he's meant to: Helped me manage and reduce my pain that others just wanted to throw drugs at. I am not always pain free but my pain is manageable and I don't have to take meds everyday. I do and have recommended him to anyone who needs a doctor to help fix them and not just mask problems. My husband was a patient of Dr. H's as well but he's all better now. This is where you go to get better.

Best doc, best staff, and not a pill pusher. He actually makes me better without just shoving meds in my face. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about them. After 2 failed back surgeries, I was referred to National Spine and Pain by the surgeon. They have been very attentive to my needs and have helped me greatly both physically and mentally. They check on my pain levels on a month-to-month basis, change medicines as needed and offer various alternatives to medicine. I highly recommend.

Staff is very pleaseant and helpful. Dr hassassian is very professional and also pleasant and listens and answer your concerns

I got the 3 spinal tap injections and I could walk pain free for about 8 months. This was first time pain free after trying everything and every doctor in 6 yrs. It was glorious.Dr Sassan Hassassian is a miracle worker in my book. He was very personable yet professional. I never felt rushed and he also prescribed my medication to take before for my anxiety to the procedure. He listens to was his clients are there for. I was never overcharged for tests not received. The front desk staff and his nurses are as l very friendly and very helpful.
