Office staff is over-burdened. Seems like they need more front office staff. When you call to make an appointment, you will wait at least 5-10 minutes on hold. I did need an appointment ASAP and they called me with a cancellation. That was a bonus. THE DOCTORS ARE FANTASTIC!! You will not be disappointed with any of them. I drive an hour there and will do it for any pregnancy
