I've been a patient of Dr. Tucker's for two years now. Very good experiences! Open discussions/explanations, professional staff, good customer service and I have no complaints. He listens and sees your care as a joint effort. He asks questions, allows you to ask questions and I can appreciate that it's a discussion, not just a doctor telling a patient what to do.

I would rate no stars if I could, I rescheduled my appointment 22 hours in advance and he charged me $50 for missing it. I NEVER MISSED IT, I RESCHEDULED!!!! Then he wasted 2 days of my time trying to get him to sign a simple DOT form only to have him not only refuse to speak to me in person about it, but he refused to sign the paper and told me to go see ANOTHER PHYSICIAN. Well, I certainly will be, this is no way to treat a patient who has been seeing you for 16 years and never missed an appointment or payment.

Is there an option for negative stars?! When I walked into the office it looked very old and dirty. Not something I want to see when visiting a doctor. I understand that missing an appointment can cause you to loose out. Having worked in a dental office I completely understand. However, speaking from working from that industry, I feel that it is necessary to talk to patients. No one ever called me to say I missed my appointment, the next thing I know a few weeks later I receive a $100 missed appointment fee in the mail. Who charges that much! I spoke to the office manager and she said there's nothing she can do after talking to the doctor. So Dr. Stephen R. Tucker, jump off your high horse and treat your patients like PEOPLE. I find that completely unprofessional as this affects my credit. Needless to say my entire family has dodged a bullet and will not be using this office. I suggest you do the same.

Dr. Tucker’s Office is not truly concerned about their patients . It’s more about getting the co pay. Was sent two bills two different times stating mine and my husbands appt were missed. When they really were not.
