Dr. Vo talked over me non-stop during my appointment. She constantly interrupted and talked down to me. She literally ignored me when I asked her questions. It was as if I wasn’t even if the same room as her. She didn’t even do a physical exam during my “wellness exam” appointment. I asked her about a disorder I have that had gotten worse and she literally said “and what do you want me to do about that?”. I had to specifically ask her to do blood work and when my test results came back saying an autoimmune disease I have had gotten worse, I was told she was refusing to adjust my medication to treat it. Was I on punk’d or maybe she isn’t really a doctor? I have no idea. Either way, I will never under any circumstances EVER go see her again.

I had an absolutely abhorrent experience with Dr.Vo. I came to see her for a wellness exam and to discuss a few issues I was having. This was the first and will be the last time I consult Dr.Vo for anything. She was exceptionally rude, constantly interrupting and talking over me, refusing to listen to me about certain symptoms I was having and instead decided to hyper focus on asking me if I’m working ...

Dr. Vo is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain my lab results and the next steps in my care. She even called my Endocrinologist ahead of time to catch her up on my care and to make sure my appointment with this specialist would go smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Vo did not take my knee injury seriously as a result of my weight. As a plus-size woman, I was entitled to the same care as any patient. Though my weight is above average, I exercise daily, my lab values are good, and my blood pressure remains normal. She was dismissive and rude. When I returned to see her after 4 weeks of at-home PT exercises and inflammatory gel that she prescribed and still had pain, she agreed that I had likely torn my meniscus. She initially refused to send me for any imaging. After pleading with her, she agreed to send me for an X-Ray in her office. I had to make an appointment and come back another day. When I arrived, I was informed that I was 50 lbs over their weight limit for their X-Ray machine. Yet again, she could not do me the courtesy of treating me. She was ignorant of her own practice's equipment limits. I was ashamed. She, or even her staff, should have been able to prevent that lapse in being able to read data.
