List of Ballad Health's Reviews
the past few times I’ve been here… horrible experiences. the staff doesn’t seem to actually care about the patients at all. the reasons that I actually come in for are always completely ignored and disregarded. I’ll explain to the staff what’s going on they don’t listen. they always brush past everything I say and then examine “pain” that I’m not even having and never brought up instead of the actual issue that I came in for. when I’m discharged it’s always a clear screen and they explain to me why the area I didn’t even complainsay anything about might be in such pain. they are always extremely condescending when you try and explain to them that the thing they’re looking at isn’t what you’re even having trouble with. went in with a broken toe I got discharged with instructions on how to care for a sprained ankle. I go in with horrible pelvic pressure it’s literally bulging out and very very swollen. tell them several times what the issue is and that I’m not in any pain but I am having a lot of uncomfortable pressure. they don’t even look at it they don’t ask about any other possible symptoms nothing. they feel my abdomen say I’m fine and then discharge me saying that my apparently yet never mentioned abdominal pain is due to my cycle which I also mentioned is several weeks early. that’s only a very small portion of the numerous frustrating encounters I’ve had with the people that work here.
I would not even give them the one star. Very poor service along with very long wait time for a dr to even check my childs head.. 🙄 before this visit today had a dr try to say nothing was wrong with my youngest child yet he had to have surgery. The Drs here do not care about their patients. Along with having to wait for 3 hrs before a dr even came in we sat and heard them ordering lunch along with seeing them set with their hands on their head for 2hrs before I ask how much longer itll be to be told they are super busy....
This hospital has been fantastic. Our grandfather has been here for 3 days and every nurse he’s had has been wonderful they treat him as their own. So sweet to him and to us. It’s a very clean facility also.
It was good but the lady Chris from mental health was very rud and nasty towed me
Its the only hospital near me the others are 30 minutes to an hour away. It is what it is. There are nice people and then there are the ones who seem they dont care.
Fantastic ER staff
Went in type 1 diabetes sugar extremely low they waited 25 min before even checking it. This hospital has never impressed me only reason is lowhigh sugar cant wait to drive another 20 25 min away.
My wife went into the ER in Pain and left in just as much pain I found the hospitals pain treatment plan completely insufficient for her needs. in fact she was in so much pain they had to recheck her BP because of how high it was at intake was same at discharge. I understand the opioid epidemic issue but that doesnt mean that providers should be in my opinion scared as cats about prescribing medications needed to treat extreme pain for a physically evident condition.JAN2020Some nurse called cps on me while I was inpatient third floor for getting into an argument with my 17year old. PATIENTS BEWARE
Ive always received very good care when I had to go to the hospital. They allowed me to set up a payment plan to pay what my insurance didnt cover.
Received great care Nursing staff and physician Dr Grover both competent and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
