I had an eye lid lift in Nov. 2021. My lids were not lifted equally and my right eyelid was much lower than my left. I was very disappointed. Dr. Kiser acknowledged the issue and re-did the surgery at no cost in August 2022. Sadly, the results were not significantly improved. My right eye lid is still noticeably lower than my left one, making my eyes look different sizes. Also, during my second surgery, I experienced a lot of pain. I could feel both cutting and stitching at times during the surgery. Very uncomfortable! I would not do this surgery again in this office. I’m not even sure if a third surgery can be done to ‘clean up’ the first two, but I am planning to visit a plastic surgeon soon to see what my options are. My surgical results were not good.

I’m sorry but I was left waiting for 45 mins after my appointment time,they told me it would be 15 mins well 15 mins I can handle 45 mins was pushing it, when I went up to the procedure room it took 12 mins to do it

I went in today for laser surgery due to scar tissue on my eye. This procedure was painless and took less than 2 minutes. Dr. Kiser was very professional and advised me of everything going on during the procedure. I would definitely recommend him and the other physicians in the practice.

Dr. Kiser and his staff were thorough, precise, and willing to answer questions about my upcoming cataract surgeries. The procedures and preparation were described in detail. Out of pocket optional costs were explained.
