I highly recommend this center they have been very very good to my mother and me I thank them so much for everything they have done!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. There’s no wonder this place is only being held open because of a court order. Roaches are EVERYWHERE ....even after making a complaint and the room was supposedly sprayed for them. The patients live in filthy conditions. The entire building is in MAJOR disrepair. I went to wash my hands this evening and there was nothing but very hot water to use and no cold water at all would come out of the faucet. More often than not, his bathroom that he shares with another patient has dried feces sprayed all over the toilet seat. There is ALWAYS trash all over the room and spilling out of the trash cans.I went to cut my father’s long hair this evening and the matted mess that was actually behind his head shocked me. A rats nests is putting it nicely. He had actually formed 2 very thick dreadlocks from not having his hair washed...much less combed...in God knows how long. He constantly complains of how the nurses are very rough with him when providing care and how they constantly roll their eyes and smart off to him on a daily basis for basic requests made by him. So unprofessional !! I will be moving him from this hell hole ASAP! I hope every patient gets to leave here and they close the doors for good as they all deserve better than this. Debby and James (2nd shift) are awesome nurses and do the best they can with the situation and resources. All other nurses are standoffish for the most part and downright lazy.

I visited my cousin today, he has MS and his bed was crawling with ants. The room needed cleaning. I talked to the lady at the front desk. I hope they take care of the problem.

Friendly staff

They are nasty and crooked. And they are getting paid for people who are no longer with them. Being honest they need to be investigated. My girlfriend had got a patient out of there started working for the lady and couldn't get paid because they was getting paid for her and she was no longer with them. Now they is about to get a call from our lawyer and we about to put them on every social media and news cite. Something got to be done so they can't do this to nobody else

My mother was there 21 days. Never any ice in water or tea with meals. Nothing cold to drink. She could only ask ,where as she couldnt push button for help. If you can' t. do anything you might as well forget it. When you get off of elevator on 2nd floor a terrible odor. Takes your breath. Rose petals laid on floor for three days . The only ones that actually seem to care were. Cna Lawrence and Nurse Sharon. You would think someone would care about the patients.

We went to visit a family member and what we saw was the worst site in the world. The patients rooms and restrooms are in terrible condition. Most of the patients are drugged and can't talk but want to talk. The CNA's pushed the patients around with anger and yelled at some of the patients. The halls smelled like urine, feces, and vomit. I had an extreme sore throat after leaving the facility. I hope that the state of Virginia review this place because the patients are peoples loved ones and shouldn't be treated as such and shouldn't live in that type of condition. This place deserves 0 stars.

My mom was there for 5 days....with alarm on her chair and bed to alert staff..... .she fell twice....the second time with 2 staff members right there. She went into hospital with fracture in hip......didnt come out of anesthesia. She had a massive heart attack. Blue Ridge is negelant.....they are poorly staffed....and i wish I had listened when warned not to put her there. I was so physically drained, I had to get help. I wanted to move her back closer to home when there was an opening....she never made it. It sickens me every time I think of that place.
