I am sorry to hear some of the bad reviews! But I am grateful that I wasn’t treated like that! But my doctor she is very passion about my health! And she listen to me and she reminds me about some of my health issues. That need to be addressed! Dr. Buchanan she is a very good doctor and she doesn’t treat me like she is doing me a favorite. She is a blessing to me! I have waited to see her for several months as her new patient! And it was worth the wait!

Always a good experience. The staff is nice and friendly, I'm in and out reasonably well depending on what I'm there for. My doctor is knowledgeable about my health and care.

This is so embarrassment i've been on the phone for thirty minutes and still no body answer the phone so how long is enough to stay on phone like I said this is a embarrassing nobody shouldn't have to wait this long to talk to someone,this is bad.

I have been going to this clinic for 35 to 40 years and the same doctor. I find the staff great to work with and very friendly and respectful to my needs. I highly recommend them.

Not too efficient. Long wait times. One office doesn't know where to send you for help. Too hard to find the place.

Can't get help via telemed cause they wanna do a test I don't need. I told them what was wrong and they won't just do a visit and give the med I need. I depend on insurance for a ride and don't live in Martinsville my insurance requires 5 business days notice to get a ride I can wait 5 business days. They are acting like I'm asking for a narcotic and it's not even close to that don't even need an ID for this medication. Had a different doctor there do this for me before, because of my transportation situation. Also just have you see any doctor they feel like sending you to instead of your pcp. So over this facility.
