Physicians Assistant said I “had bad allergies” when I knew I had a Sinus Infection. So, I went to the other dr and low and behold I have a sinus infection. I wasted my money going, never again. He said “you have to have a fever to have a sinus infection”, no you don’t. That’s not always the case.

Quick, clean and kind! I usually use another urgent care which is closed on Sundays so I tried here when my son developed a fever early on a Sunday morning and I was concerned about an ear infection. I was the only one in the waiting room, the receptionist, nurse and doctor were all professional and kind. They also accepted his Medicaid plan. When my son didn't have any ear infection the doctor didn't make me feel silly for bringing him at all, and he had a good bedside manner with my 9 month old. I was in and out in half an hour with my mind at ease. For a simple issue at a not busy time they were excellent and I would use them again if I find myself in need of an urgent care on a Sunday!

I went down there yesterday morning for a sinus infection they did nothing but take a covid test the doctor never listened to my lungs or my heart this place is ridiculous was a waste of my time if they don't help people then what do nothing I would not recommend taking my dog there

Went to MedExpress today to have my knee and ankle looked at. Staffing was very friendly and helpful. I was examined by Eugene Pratt, and he was very knowledgeable on possible reasons for pain. When taking exrays, the lady was very patient and helpful. I was moving very slowly and gingerly due to injury. She helped me in every way she could to help not put undue stress and pain on the knee. Top notch.

On 5/20/2023 about 12:30. I took my daughter to Med Ex in Martinsville Va. She had a 99 degree temperature. Sore throat and stomach pains. They preformed a strep test which came back negative. Was prescribed Flonase and was sent on our way. In an out a total of 35 minutes. On Monday at the urgent care in Ridgeway she was diagnosed with a sinus infection and pharyngitis. Misdiagnosing can be fatal in some cases. Thank Goodness this wasn’t the case.
