Please do not fall for all the positive reviews on his website. I wonder why he is no longer on Real Self? I am sure it is because he couldn't control the negative reviews. He did a rhinoplasty and I could tell from the beginning it did not turn out well. Of course, they will say you are still healing. I had an obvious indentation in my nose that they injected with filler. My concern was that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life getting filler in my nose. I am appalled that after a year they wanted to start charging me for filler because it was the way I "healed," when it was like that from the beginning and is still like that today. I am very disappointed with the outcome of my rhinoplasty.

My DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction surgery performed by Dr Mesbahi was poorly done. It left me with bilateral bulges of tissue that extended from my armpits to the bottom of my breasts. It felt uncomfortably abnormal. Also, it left me with “Frankenstein” stitches on my abdomen sitting too high and two small "dog ears" on each side of the suture line. Before I was allowed to start my radiation treatments, I had to go back to his office to get 6 more stitches put under my left breast because clearly the suturing was not done correctly, and as a result I had to take a 40-day delay in the start of my radiation program. The results of my DIEP Flap left my breasts not only asymmetrical, but unsmooth and hollow in some areas. The contour was horrendous. The “look and feel” problems I experienced with my breasts occurred PRIOR to the radiation treatments. I was extremely disappointed with THE FINAL RESULTS of my DIEP Flap done by Dr Mesbahi. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend him to anyone!

I was warned that Dr. Mesbahi can come off as a bit arrogant, but he is a good plastic surgeon. I opted for a good plastic surgeon with fair bedside manners than a fair surgeon with excellent bedside manners. Don’t expect Dr. Mesbahi to be your therapist. Come prepared with your questions and be direct. However, his staff is wonderful. Overall, I am happy with my results.

I work with Dr. Mesbahi in the operating room as well as a patient of his in his office. He is patient, caring and very talented ! His injections don't hurt !

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Mesbahi and his team! Dr. Mesbahi performed a Rhinoplasty on me this past year and my results are beyond amazing! My results are just stunning and he gave me exactly what I asked for from our consultation. My friends and family are blown away by his work. And to comment on his staff, I was so impressed by how professional and friendly EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the office is! Everyone seemed to care about me as a patient, which is a breath of fresh air to see at a doctor's office these days! I encourage anyone seeking to have plastic surgery to absolutely come see Dr. Mesbahi - I promise you'll love your results!

I was a little nervous to undergo breast augmentation surgery, but I was immediately reassured by Dr. Mesbahi's calm, approachable demeanor. I felt very comfortable going into the surgery. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. Dr. Mesbahi offered great guidance with the surgery and listened to my goals for the surgery. I am thrilled with the outcome! Best decision! I would recommend Dr. Mesbahi to anyone!

I previously had a simple Breast Augmentation in 2003 with another Doctor- I was never really thrilled with the results and over the years had minor revisions. However, I decided after many years of not being quite satisfied that I would consult with Dr. Mesbahi and what a great decision and choice I made. I had my procedure with Dr. Mesbahi just recently. I was very specific in what I had wanted as far as the outcome was concerned. It was going to be a lot of work to achieve the goals I had in mind and Dr. Mesbahi delivered... Dr. Mesbahi conducted a rhinoplasty on me. I had previous surgery on my nose from another doctor that did not turn out as wanted and there was severe scar damage left to it. It's been about 3 months since Dr. Mesbahi performed the surgery on me and I'm very happy with my results so far. The bump is gone, it is more narrow, and the tip is a little more refined. I know there is still more swelling that needs to go down (usually takes up to 1 year), and I'm so excited for the final results! Everyone there has been super accommodating and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. He is very educated and a master at what he does.
