I have to say that my fear of the Dentist Is completely gone since my last dental vist because I was having extreme pain on the lower left side of my mouth and my dentist told me I needed my wisdom tooth to be extracted and he was not comfortable doing It because of how badly Impacted It was up against my back tooth and that was after It had erupted through my gumline. This Is how I found Maxillofacial Oral Surgeon In McClean Virginia and they accept my Insurance which Is Anthem Health Keepers Plus. Dr. Foretich Is extremely kind, soft spoken and very professional and so Isn't his staff. I had to get my lower left wisdom tooth extracted and since I understand how the numbing process works, I had no fear of needles going Into my gum line because they swab your gumline with a numbing agent before they actually stick a needle Into your gum line and you truly don't feel any needle sticks. Once the extraction was underway I did feel pain, however It was slightly more severe than the pain I was feeling before my extraction. Dr. Foretich explained what he was doing as we were going through the process. He used laughing gas to relax me however I didn't laugh but I was very relaxed. Once my wisdom tooth was extracted, the amount of pressure that was released and the amount of pain that went away was unbelievable. Be aware that you need to start taking your pain meds within an hour after the procedure Is complete so once the numbing agent wears off the pain meds will have started working. I'm now In day 8 of my recovery and I'm still feeling pain from the tenderness and soreness In my gum line however the pain meds definitely assist with eliminating a good amount of pain but the key Is being consistent with taking the pain meds as prescribed. Dr. Foretich and his staff are always there via phone or text to answer any questions and give guidance In regards to the next steps you need to take to maintain a healthy recovery. Dr. Foretich was amazing! He truly is knowledgeable and cares for his patients. I have very serious dental anxiety and dreaded my wisdom teeth removal horribly, but I felt so safe with him! He truly is a knowledgeable and seasoned practitioner who treats his patients with care and empathy. His staff is also great!

Dr. Foretich is the best oral surgeon. He always took care of whatever problem I had with teeth. He does great implants and won't overcharge like so many others. The staff is great and a pleasant atmosphere. A+ Doctor! Patricia Herbert

I am not a patient but I accompanied a patient to translate to her. This doctor seems frustrated and his communications are not clear at all. The staff are also not communicating, unfriendly & lack customer service skills. The clinic hygiene is bad. This office looks like a fraud. I recommend to see other doctor than him.
