My Perspective The old saying "You only appreciate Home after you Leave" This is My Point, Tyson's Corner Hair Club, Thank You. After my visit to Fort Lauderdale Fl. the sister site, of the Hair club, I have to say there is No comparison. (None) Steadiness and competence is important To Client's. I truly appreciate the Cleanliness and the Professionalism of My Home Base Hair Club. Particularly, after the visit to Florida's hair Club . Tyson's Hair stylist as well as the Management Professionalism and attention to detail is on point. My Stylist ,Rhondette, is in the League of Extraordinary Hair Stylist. You feel like and look like a New person after you are out of her chair. Simply said; it's amazing😂. She stands alone. She is "Phenomenon". Another stylist is Ross, his ear's are open and he hears you when you ask him for a particular style. On the other hand I can't Thank the management team enough, David and Cori. My enteraction with both is and have been courteous and professionally Pleasant . Always ensuring scheduling of appointments, and Prudent of any concerns you may have. Processing them with follow up and in a timely matter. Once again, after being a member for many years, Thank You Home Base for your Professionalism.

Wonderful team of experts! Worked with three hairstylists Ross, Maggie and Vania, they are all experienced and wonderful! For consultation go see Veronica for sure. Front desk is super welcoming too.

Here is my very bad experience. 1. Late: Iam waiting for almost 20 minutes and Hair Stylist didn't showed up I reported on the front desk and finally she came to pick up. 2. Miss Behavior: Hairstylist used the Cape is full of hair looks like it is used by the previous customer, I requested the hairstylist to check, she simply responded Cape is in black color so it will attract Hair, then I told I can't proceed unless she will keep the new one. So finally she removed and used another good cape Note: is am black so she try to imitate me, her behavior is not acceptable 3. Gratuity: Hairstylist asked how much gratuity I will pay, I said not yet decided and she said one more time I need the Gratuity and she is little rude, then I said I am promising to pay the Gratuity and then she started the work. Service is bad first and she is very rude, miss behaved, doesn't listen at all, late, didn't did the job and finally demanding the Gratuity. Even though she did so much of bad, as I promised I paid the Gratuity. 4. Hair Style Design: I told her on my first visit, Darleen(left Hairclub) did a good job and I need the same hair style so I requested the hairstylist(Nicky) to take a look before she starts and also requested her to see the pictures which I have on my phone, but Hair Stylist denied to look and she said she know. At the end she did whatever she want (horrible style) 5. Hair and Skull clean: after she removed the hair peace, I said please can you do cleaning and do a little massage which was done earlier by Darleen, she refused and she said it is not clean and I should clean myself(she reported 15 + times the same). But in actual scenario I told her I clean regularly as instructed by other hair stylist she doesn't listen. 6. Gum: I told her last time you did the same thing and it is arranged properly and every two days I need to adjust so I requested and shown to her to do the right way and keep enough gum so it won't move, she doesn't listen and did what ever she need 7. Timing: she was rushing to complete, I said what is the hurry Hairstylist said she had another appointment and she is complaining management is very bad here they were scheduling with out break and then I said you are late she is very rude and said you are done. 8. Family Member: when she say to go out, I said iam not satisfied I need to show to my wife who is waiting out side and if any changes she will tell if not I will suffer for long. She denied family member can't come inside so I showed outside and my wife suggested it doesn't look nice. She denied and left the room. 9. Escalated to Management: no response from the management looks like they don't care Conclusion: Once you signed the contract, your life is miserable, they don't respect first and they do whatever they need. Management don't worry to talk. My hair stylist is Nicky if you can please avoid her.

Admin staff at the Tyson’s corner, Va office is so unprofessional. Called to setup a consultation appointment a week before going in and whoever setup the appointment never put it in their system. Ended up wasting my entire afternoon sitting there waiting to be seen.

Have been a client for over 20 years. What happened to the Tyson's location? The customer service has plummeted and it's impossible to reschedule an appointment within a 2 week time span if you miss one. The monthly prices just increased by 12%. Also, these expensive "systems" are not fooling anybody. I've seen better haircuts at a Hair Cuttery that's less than $20. Also, NEW CLIENTS.. watch the wording in your contract.

I agree with everyone about the Tyson’s corner location. Also reached out to the regional no response. The current manager keeps saying we will call you but nothing. I said if I am not getting the service I should not be charged but he said he will still charge me so basically I’m putting money down month by month for no reason and service. They don’t open until 11 I get it short staff I myself at work am short staff and I ask employees if they can come an hour early yet here the employees run their hours and there’s no care for clients anymore. I am looking for another place elsewhere if it wasn’t for what I need I would have cut them out a while ago. If I could give the 0 stars I would, regional manager needs to turn on his keys he doesn’t respond to anyone from others comments

Tysons Corner location is in disarray. As a client simply trying to make an appointment, left 3 messages and have yet to get a call back. I’ve requested a meeting with the regional manager over an issue and also no response. The customer service is very poor, they fail to manage expectations and follow through with their obligations. I’m not sure if this is true of all locations, but it’s certainly the case at Tysons, VA.

This is best and professionally Niki and Daya are above and beyond . I would recommend Hairclub at anyone .

I just want to say that Tiffany is fantastic at my scheduling and that she and Maggie really saved my experience here. Amazing service.
