Dr. Houde is not very attentive to the patient. Even though it was a physical, she seemed to be in a rush and her mind is elsewhere. She is not at all knowledgeable and she also does not seem interested in the patient and what the patient is saying. She said she had other patients to see. Overall, very disconnected, disinterested and rude.

Dr Houde is an incredible physician! I am a physician myself and she has an incredible bedside manner, caring, and thorough! I am so lucky to have her as my Doctor!

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO DR. HOUDE FOR ANUAL PHYSICALS AUGUST 2020. SHE APPEARED COLD AND DISINTERESTED. THESE PHYSICALS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE FREE WITH OUR INSURANCE BUT SHE BILLED EACH OF US AN ADDITIONAL OFFICE VISIT BECAUSE WE ANSWERED HER QUESTIONS WHEN ASKED AND SHE DETERMINED THERE WAS SOMETHING TO BE ADDRESSED. KEEP IN MIND THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID HER FOR THE PHYSICLAS. HOW IS SHE SUPPOSE TO DETERMINE OUR HEALTH SITUATION IF SHE DOESN'T ASK QUESTIONS? THAT SHOULD BE PART OF THE PHYSICAL. THE DOCTOR SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE PATIENT WITHOUT RUNNING UP THE METER. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF THIS POLICY AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT OR BY THE DOCTOR. I WAS BILLED IN JUNE OF 2021. WHEN I PROTESTED THAT THIS IS UNETHICAL, WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD 3 YEARS TO BILL US. THEY WOULD NOT ADDRESS THE POLICY. TO ME IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE ONLY THING THIS DOCTOR IS INTERESTED IN IS MONEY.
