Dr. Cyr is the model for an excellent therapist - empathetic, intuitive, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She uses both traditional techniques and modern genetic science in evaluating her patients and she provides effective and meaningful support to help them through difficult times.

Booked an appointment and was calling to find out the session cost before going (was just expecting a ball park). The agent was not helping. She hung me up once I asked if I can talk to some one else.

I completely trust Dr. Cyr expertise and medical judgment. She is exactly what I have been looking for in a doctor, bright, personable, professional, attentive, caring, and thorough. Dr. Cyr listens carefully, takes into consideration all the information I provide about my mom’s health, and thoroughly discusses treatment options. Do not waste your time! LifeStance has been nothing short of an awful experience from start to finish. From technical issues with their telehealth appointment to no response from billing support team and ZERO follow up or communication from the so called "therapist/provider". If you are seeking mental health support, please please please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I've been dealing with the same issue for five months now and counting...

Life stance therapy services have been a lifeline for me. I’ve been going to Maria Nolden for a year and a half. She has given me the strategies to self regulation, gaining my confidence, and working through issues that I suppressed for a long time. Thank you, Maria.

This company is the worst. My provider left. And because I haven't had an appt a little over only 4 months, I can't get my scripts refilled and I'm treated as a new patient to go through intake which means waiting weeks for my scripts to be filled. 4 months. Not 6. 4. This isn't th first provider I've had leave. Lifestance is a mess. Avoid if you can.

My family member completed neuropsychological testing with LifeStance in McLean in early October 2025. The evaluation report contained significant and life-altering findings; however, instead of scheduling an in-person or even timely virtual meeting to discuss the results, the provider simply emailed the raw scores and conclusions without explanation or context. After we requested help understanding the 13-page report, an hour-long telehealth appointment was finally scheduled, nearly two months later, in early December. That kind of delay and detachment is unacceptable when someone is processing serious, life-changing information. In short, LifeStance McLean delivered a clinical report but failed to provide compassionate, human-centered care. If you’re seeking thoughtful support or meaningful therapeutic guidance, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Billing department is horrendous and more than likely is stealing from patients. I always select pay for current visit and pay prior to my visits however the money never gets applied to that visit and when you call them, they just give you the run around and tell them they move money around even though you told them not too. Then when you ask too many questions, they hang up on you. Don't waste your time with this company.
