Sarah McCarthy is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is warm, intuitive, and wonderful to be around—someone who truly makes you feel safe and supported. She listens with such care and presence, and she’s helped me quiet the negative inner voice I’ve carried for so long. Being with her feels like being with a friend and an advocate—someone genuinely on your side. What I appreciate most about Sarah is how she adapts her approach to meet me exactly where I am. I’ve spent a lifetime avoiding my feelings, and it takes a lot for me to even recognize, name, and process them. Sarah not only helps me do that, but she also gives me the tools I need—homework, exercises, guidance—to make that emotional work possible. I’ve asked other therapists for similar support, but none of them followed through like Sarah does. She really listens to what I need and responds with care and intention. With Sarah, I feel seen, heard, and, in many ways, loved. I’ve referred multiple friends to her, and although she never mentions them (of course!), my friends and I often talk about how lucky we are to have her in our lives. She’s made such a meaningful impact on me, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve been working with Sarah McCarthy for 5 months now. She has been outstanding in helping me understand myself better and has shared strategies and ways of thinking that I wished I knew decades ago. She takes the time to carefully read notes ahead of time and to follow up after. Most importantly, during our sessions, she asks the hard questions I would never have thought to ask myself despite being a very self-reflective person. I admit I was skeptical about therapy going in but she has shown me just how profoundly valuable and life-changing it can. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I did CBT and EMDR with Sam Lee for 6 months for symptoms of depression and anxiety. I found sessions to be incredibly helpful and my symptoms drastically decreased after the 6 month period. I ended therapy several months ago and I still feel great. I highly recommend Sam, he is very knowledgeable.

Unprofessional and careless, I Never experienced such a poorly managed healthcare office! I called for an appointment and some medical tests, and they took all my health situation information, including my credit card information. It took me two hours to answer their questions, only to set up an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, they called and canceled and said we would contact you to reschedule, and nothing happened after that! After two weeks, I still can not even get them to talk. I was wondering if it's scamming at all.
