First time with this office and doctor, and excellent experience. No wait time, efficient in-take/reception, the doctor was very inquisitive, asked all the questions needed to offer a good plan of action and referrals. Excellent experience.

If I didn’t like Dr.Kirk so much (and Dr Liu) I’m not sure I’d go back to this location. Some of the medical assistants are in the wrong profession and the front desk staff has a high rate of turn over, and lacks customer service. The building is easy to find, new, convenient. Parking is easy.

Dr. Kirk is the best primary care doctor my husband and I have had. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She spent the most time a doctor has ever spent with me. I am very grateful for her care!

I needed an urgent consult and Dr Kirk fit me in at short notice and did an indepth consult. Couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. Unlike some doctors she is a good listener, so one is able to explain one's concern without being hurried or interrupted. My one annoyance is with the clinic checkin process - there is an unbelievably heavy checkin procedure if you make the mistake of scanning the QR code at entry. It's basically everything needed for a new patient intake, NOT a checkin. So i shall ignore it going forward, though the sign says to use it to checkin!!

Within the last year I have consolidated as much of my healthcare as possible with Medstar Georgetown in McLean Virginia. The reason for the preceding is that was recommended to an excellent neurologist located there. He quickly ascertained my problem and prescribed the medication that I needed. At the time, I also had a primary care physician that was simply going through the motions. I asked the neurologist for a recommendation and he got me to a doctor that actually cares about their patients. Best of all, the two actually know each other. As more services that I need become available I will continue to move them over.

I had my first appointment here on 15 August 2022, with Dr Kirk. I had not had a doctor and Medstar was recommended by friends of my brothers. Dr Kirk and the rest of the staff were great and attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend this place.
