MIchael T Gocke's Online Review Report Card

I had scheduled wisdom teeth removal by Dr Gocke from which I still have residual numbness of my lower lip(the chance of this was discussed with me prior to surgery). Also Dr Gocke forgot to remove one out of four wisdom teeth, however, he documented that all four were extracted. My mouth was hurting enough post procedure I did not notice that there was only 3 teeth removed. Months later I went to my regular dentist for cleaning , that is when I was told that despite documented 4 only 3 teeth were pulled. I had to go back to Dr Gocke, he extracted the remaining wisdom tooth with local anesthesia, no complications so far...He acknowledged it was his fault, but as a patient I had(to say the least) a suboptimal experience.

Dr Gocke and his team, Caitlin and Becky, were so amazing during my implant procedure. “The Gocke Way” is as tight as a drum and has huge amounts of empathy built into the skilled work. It’s like a ballet, but with sharp instruments??

We found Dr. Gocke to be excellent in treating my son, both on an emergency call to the ER and and then again when removing my son's wisdom teeth. His treatments, manner, and staff are all first-rate.

My 8 year old son had to have multiple teeth extracted, he was very scared about having this performed. Dr. Whiting and staff were truly amazing. My son was so comfortable, and not at all afraid to have the procedure performed. After the surgery all of the staff even front desk staff came in to check on how he was doing. I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr.Whiting and his staff. My son only wants to go to their office to have any dental procedure done. That shows a lot.

I RARELY write reviews, but sometimes when you have such a stellar experience you just have to! I just had all my wisdom teeth removed a week ago with Dr. Gocke. I have a low pain tolerance and I was really nervous. From the initial contact I knew I had found the right place. Holly is their receptionist and extremely kind, pleasant, patient , and accommodating. Their appointments were very flexible and they were able to get me in surgery 2 days since I started having some discomfort. I’ll break

Dr. Gocke is a healthcare professional at the top of oral and facial surgery. I received two dental implants and the experience was very comfortable and rewarding. My primary dentist who placed the crowns explained to me that my implants are a work of art and will last a lifetime. I will be going back for a 3rd implant at the end of the year. His staff full of bright, experienced and intelligent nurses, financial managers and receptionists are a compliment to his practice.

Very quick and easy procedure with caring and compassionate staff. Dr Gocke himself is very attentive and professional. I would recommend any of my own family or friends to go have their dental surgery needs done with him.

Dr.Gocke is an excellent doctor. Makes things very easy and has a very friendly approach. Follow-up is also fantastic!

very aggressive technique extracting upper teeth - had a migraine headache for 48 hours afterward, followed by a bad headache for 28 days, followed by pressure in head for 8 months and counting. Then, they they admitted accounting errors but still refunded exactly half of what they owed me.
