Great service and Dr Lindsey is the real deal. He let me know upfront what he could do for me specifically. The good doctor told the truth only, no fake promises. Even though we couldn’t work together this time his honesty and integrity is well appreciated. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I am one of his original patients from 2007. My hair line is solid. I recommend him. Offered to take follow up pictures I am one of his before and after pictures on his website. My after picture looks the same in 2023. I just have natural grey now which has nothing to do with transplantation. The color is even.

I am an attorney that had a hair transplant with Dr. Lyndsey in April of 2021. The results were AMAZING!!! In fact, they were so good, that I asked Dr. Lyndsey if he could add even more hair (even though both he and I agreed that they weren't necessary), and he was able to add another 2200 hairs this past month (January 2023) to a prior result I was already happy with. The thing about Dr. Lyndsey is that he is honest, forthright, and an expert, almost to a fault. That is, he will not tell you what you want to hear, but rather, what you need to hear, and what the truth is. That is how he gets such good results. He will not take your money if he does not think he can have great success. I visited numerous other doctors when deciding who to go with back in 2021. Dr. Lyndsey stood out because of his clearly documented skill as well as his candor... so much so, that I came back for seconds! He really is a fabulous doctor.

Easily one of the best decisions I have made - the results are incredible. My consultation was straightforward, and I was never talked into anything. Dr. Lindsey presented my options candidly and then let me meet with a patient who raved about their experience. I am very thankful I found his practice!

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW.. From business owner to business owner. This is the very First time i actually walked in to have a consultation for hair transplant ever in my life. There was a patient already sitting on the waiting area. Dr. Lindsay comes out from a back room and greets me. As soon as he sees me he says “ Do you Speak English?” He then hands me out a paper asking for very personal information. I explained to him that i would like to wait until we finish the consultation so i can provide ALL the information needed in case i decide to move forward with the process. Dr Lindsay cuts me off and says “ I wont see you until you complete this.” .. I paused for a moment and said “ ok” .(Keep in mind this is happening in the waiting room are where everyone is) i start filling out the form and he says “ YOU KNOW WHAT , YOU HAVE IRRITATED ME ENOUGH. I WONT SEE YOU ANYMORE. GO HOME.” . I Drove for almost an hour to get here. I asked him . “ Are you being serious?” For a moment i thought he was just being sarcastic. He then says, “I HAVE TO MANY CLIENTS AND DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS, YOU HAVE IRRITATED ME ENOUGH, GO HOME, GO HOME”. and He kicked me out in front of everybody in the Room. . I imagined he had a bad day but its not excuse to treat people in a VERY RUDE and unprofessional manner. I am truly disappointed for the Costumer service, . I am sorry for the staff and patients who have had to deal with situations like this. I work in the beauty industry for 5 years and have provided Barbering services to hundreds of clients . Costumer Service is Very important. Being patient and answering questions, being polite, discrete , is very important. I hope Dr. Lindsay reads this and considers in improving his treatment to others . Please, be mindful of this when selecting a Person to do a very delicately Procedure. The way patients are being treated pre and post surgery matters.

I’m very pleased with the result of my hair transplant with Dr. Lindsey and would recommend him to anyone. Dr. Lindsey gave me a hair transplant in January of last year, and he restored my hairline in a way that gave me a natural looking result. Dr. Lindsey gave me comprehensive care from beginning to end, during my initial consultation he answered all of my questions and explained what kind of result I could expect, the estimated number of grafts and the price. On the morning of my surgery, I was astonished at the team of specialists that quickly assembled in his lab to perform the dissection of small hairs and the actual transplant. After some numbing injections, my surgery was pain free, and Dr. Lindsey and the staff checked on me continually throughout the procedure, wanting to ensure that I was comfortable and felt ok. Wendy was especially kind and chatted with me throughout the procedure. Thanks Wendy! About six hours later, I was on my way home with a head full of baby hair transplants and feeling hopeful. I had follow-up appointments with Dr. Lindsey after the procedure where he monitored my progress and answered my questions. He was always super kind and compassionate during our interactions. I could look in the mirror and see how much the thickness of my hair line changed after a few months, and then six months later, and then twelve and even eighteen months after that, my hairline continued to evolve and look thicker and fuller over time. My only regret is that I didn’t have the procedure done ten years ago. Thank you again Dr. Lindsey!

Are you kidding me?! The proof is in the photos in this review, and this is after one case. And I am far from the perfect case as my hair is fine. It's surgery, and all I have personally needed is Advil for any pain. And even that is only for a few days. Keep in mind this is the DC area. So you walk in, and the Dr. and Wendy treat you like the office is the bar from Cheers (regarding how friendly they are when you step in). During surgery, you joke around and tell stories. It's unreal. And you feel like you're leaving your pals when it's over. And then he'll stay on weekends to clean you up (which I promise you that you can do yourself) if you'd like. And find me another Dr. with a more expansive site that goes over everything up front (including costs). And he has a YouTube channel if you still somehow need more. Oh, and his credentials are ridiculous. This is an easy 5 stars.

Dr. William Lindsey and his staff are consumate professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Lindsey to anyone contemplating a hair transplant. Dr. Lindsey is an honest and ethical plastic surgeon who tells it like it is, "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly." I plan to return for my second hair transplant procedure a year from now.

If you're considering hair restoration I STRONGLY recommend Dr. Lindsey and his practice. I think a lot of us in that consideration phase find a ton of information online, but it doesn't get real until you have your consultation. You'll find that Dr. Lindsey is very direct and clear about what to expect, timelines, pricing, and pre- and post-op care. Come with questions; he will have answers. I had a couple consultations with doctors around the DC metro area, including Bosley. I met Dr. Lindsey after these consultations and knew that I trusted him WAY more than the others with my scalp. The others immediately pitched additional costly and painful-sounding treatments like PRP, pigmentation tattoos, etc. I can't stress this enough -- when you're sitting in the consultation chair, you will feel vulnerable; those high pressure tactics probably work a lot of the time at those other practices. Not Dr. Lindsey. He is very clear and realistic and he spares you the "hard sell." One other thing that sold me on Dr. Lindsey is that he has dozens of videos on Youtube demonstrating proper after care, showing previous cases, and -- importantly -- his gardening and arborist interests. He is a consistent personality. He takes pride and enjoyment in laying out a garden (or a scalp) correctly, so that there is a natural gradient among the rows of trees (or hairs). He makes it clear that vigilant after care is crucial to the success of "OUR hair" and made sure that I was 100% clear on what to do when I got home. He cares very much about your successful outcome and he is clear about what you can do to make the outcome as successful as possible. So I signed up. Once things were rolling, I got to know more of the staff at this practice. Wendy is very experienced and so supportive during your procedure and for follow-up care. Kumari is caring and kind. Lala is meticulous and constructive. And not a moment is lost during the procedure: there is a full team of 6 or so professionals working like a well oiled machine to prepare your follicles from your graft all morning, and another team doing your implantations with Dr. Lindsey meanwhile. I live in the DC area and went to several follow-up walk-in cleaning sessions to make sure my post-op healing was going well in that critical first week. Everything went perfectly. I'm 3 weeks past the procedure now and can't wait to see how I progress over the next 12 months or so.
