Dr. Serghi is an extremely knowledgeable psychiatrist. I wish I'd started seeing him years ago.

Dr. Serghi has been my psychiatrist for the last four years. He is a genius both when it comes to psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. I went to several bad psychiatrists before finding Dr. Serghi and he has changed my life. I was suffering from severe illnesses for many years and Dr. Serghi was able to give me back my life again. Can't say enough good things about him.

The staff is very unprofessional. You are always sent to voicemail. I have called the front desk, billing, and the emergency line. Emails are sent writtten unprofessional and with no name attached. My son was refused treatment and mental health medication that is needed abrubtly because the insurance company made a mistake. They did not even offfer to give a 90 day supply so I could find another doctor. Now my son is at risk of relapse and possible hospitalization because the medication is filled monthly. If you care for your loved one or yourself, go somewhere else.

I've been seeing Dr. Serghi for almost 2 years now. There was a very traumatic life altering event I experienced exactly 2 years ago. I've not been the same person since, but Dr. Serghi has been by my side helping and validating my pain. One of my fears before seeing someone was that a Doctor would invalidate my trauma and pain and make me feel like what I went through and continue to go through means nothing and I'm a crybaby. He also has an obvious interest in his patients getting better and overall well being. The cost is up there and my insurance atleast will not reimburse but even if I have to move some money around it's worth it. Have been telecommunicating since covid which is safe and I like that.
