Dr. Shafai is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to all your health concerns, does thorough diagnostic testing to ensure any issues are caught and addressed in early stages. She recommends natural solutions to begin and only prescribes medication when truly needed. She has an integrative health approach addressing the root causes of things rather than just treating the symptoms. This is they way to go when taking a proactive approach to preserving your health. She knows about all traditional medicine and cutting-edge testing, however balances this with nutrition and lifestyle modifications for a wholistic health approach. She was my doctor before PartnerMD and I signed up for this service so I could stay in her care, however there is an extra monthly cost to join this VIP practice.

They are great during this Pandemic with the use of telemedicine. Dr. Kitay is a very pro-active doctor that is very good at digging into the root cause of medical issues.

I have used this service for two years and even signed my spouse for the same service. We have been able to get a doctor anytime we need it. I would highly recommend this group.

I get what I pay for! Which says a lot these days. Friendly and welcoming staff/atmosphere. The fact that I can call in at 9am and be seen by 1pm is a game changer! They should also rename their "waiting room" to a "check-in room" as there is little waiting at all, which is refreshing. Highly recommend to anyone who is tired of the same old health care system, and is looking for more time with their physician, 24/7 access to the doctor, and wanting to feel like their concerns matter.

Concierge and convenient! So close to DC and Tysons making it an easy option to book en route to/from work and home. Excellent customer service and an amazing health care team that approaches both acute and preventive medicine in very forward ways with a huge help from their on-site wellness department.

This practice brings to mind the family doctor of old...these folks truly care about me and how I am doing. They remind me to follow up and counsel me on alternative approaches. Their warmth is genuine. I am very fortunate to have found them and feel confident knowing that they are available when I need them, not just during office hours.
