They canceled the first appointment on the day of the session. The second time, counselor did not show up. Got the confirmation for the third appointment without requesting appointment. So disorganized!

When the NP came onto the Zoom call for my appointment she was eating a sandwich. Great impression during the entire session. Her talking with her mouth full several times, picking her teeth with her ffingers and she also did a wonderful job of picking her nose! Okay, she only picked her nose twice when she thought I wasn't looking. She was abrupt and I felt on the offensive the entire time.
