(April 2021 initial procedure) I waited a year in a half to write this review to view the "progress that take a year to develop". I typically don't leave reviews but since I know people are looking for hope and spending there hard earn money this should be an exception. If you want to trust a company that has no customer service after your procedure is completed this is the best place. Communication does not exist it take two weeks or more to get a response from Christopher Clark. Calling other offices listed on google does no justice, if you love speaking to a mail box this is the perfect place to call. The company never once schedules a follow up visits after the procedure. I had to call and schedule an appointments. since Nov 2022 I've been trying to do a 2nd procedure for concerning area I had from the initial procedure but unfortunately and I'm still trying to reach Christoper Clark. Maybe I will reach him in another lifetime.

I had my 2nd procedure two weeks ago. These guys are amazing the technology they use is the absolute latest. The plastic surgeon Dr W and his team of technicians and nurses are absolutely amazing. The healing was even faster than last time with no pain! Thank you again - Huge thumbs up!!! I will post photos soon.

Dr Watson, Mr Patrcik and their team are an amazing set of people to whom you can entrust your life's important decision to do Hair transplant. The scar after the surgery in the back of my head is almost invisible while the first one I did with someone else always made me feel there is a cut when I combed or touched. Now I don't feel like I ever had a surgery. They listened carefully to my requirements and ensured they are met first as you know what you want, and they fully took care of it first and applied all their expertise to make it a great lifetime experience. Great people, the surgery itself was painful at first but worth it in long run from my point of view. I did three surgeries over three years, altogether I think they transplanted 6000 hairs mostly to the front of my hairline. I am super happy with the results. Best investment ever!

I was very impressed with my experience from start to finish with Washington Medical Hair Clinics. They were friendly, helpful, forthright, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The procedure was easy and like a day at the movies. I was very happy with my experience and the results, so much that I had another transplant procedure; this was expected based on the thin nature of my hair type. My hair dressers in recent years have been surprised to learn that I had hair transplants. Poor quality control and results. The PR customer service we all know as the face will blow smoke up ur butt until u get the procedure that yields poor results...... then at all appointment afterwards they will try to shove rogaine and hair prescriptions down ur throat to try to cover up their terrible results....

I had a procedure done in late May and as of today no one has asked about it. You need a hat for a week or so until the redness goes away (they tell you that). You may need a small amount of pain relief (Ibuprofen is good). The scaring in the back is unnoticeable. It's recommended that you take hair loss medicine to prevent you from continuous hair loss. Further, while I can't deny anyone their unique experience with Washington Medical, I did a lot of research on various companies before visiting Washington Medical. There was no sales pressure, I went at my own pace and I finally got the procedure done AFTER 3 years after first contact. My hairline looks random, like it would in nature. They educated me and I felt very informed. I'm going back for more work in the front and some on the bald spot on the back of my head. Neither are problematic now, but having the work done will give me a fully head of hair. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Ask for Patrick R. and Dr. Frederick Watkins.

This review confirms and supports the feedback from users (J Costa, Nada Dib, and Beckenz T) The following review is for an FUT procedure under the respective care of Business Administrator Christopher Clark and the provider Dr. Frederick Watkins of Washington Medical Hair Clinics (WMHC) located in the Rockville, MD office. Synopsis: -Quote by administrative staff was 1400 grafts for a less than 3 inch square area -Surgeon removed strip size from ear to ear as quoted for 1400 grafts. -Technicians placed less than 350 grafts; placing thick, double grafts front and center of the hairline and throughout. -Poor, unnatural application of hairline design. The design and application of the grafts are performed by travel nurses although the practice advertises as being the only clinic with 4 board certified surgeons performing this procedure. The artistry of plastic surgery was at the hands of the Owner (Chris Clark) and these travel technicians. Although Chris has years of exposure to the routine procedures, he does not hold any clinical qualifications or credentials. Consultation, final markups, and follow ups were performed by Chris without any communication with Dr. Watkins. Dr. Watkins surgically sliced the strip for the grafts to be dissected/harvested and placed by the technicians. He did what was minimally necessary to keep me out of pain. There was absolutely no communication between the provider and I to confirm the markups Chris had made, nor at any point prior to the procedure. The staff took liberties with the hairline without any medical agency.

They did a great job! I am very happy with the results of my procedure.
