I only gave this doctor one star because it doesn’t allow you to give zero stars. This woman did a procedure on me. The next day I was in excruciating pain as well as many other symptoms I have never felt before. I contacted her office from morning until night and never got a return phone call. She could care less about her patients. I’ve never not gotten a follow up phone call after procedure. Even though I called numerous times stating I was in a lot of pain, which was very unusual, I never got a call back. Also, upon looking at some of the notes in the portal, there were many inaccurate notes. On top of all of this, her bedside manner is awful. She runs on cold and truly doesn’t care. Today is Friday and my procedure was on Wednesday up until a few hours ago I still had not received any phone calls so I contacted them again to tell them what I thought about this lady who calls her self a doctor. This was after being rushed to a completely different doctor.

Terrible bedside manner. I literally met this doctor in the elevator going down to the surgery prep area. She was not the doctor who I met with the day before who said he would be doing the procedure and she couldn't understand my surprise or being taken aback. She did go over the procedure with me and after that, I NEVER saw her again. No post op visit to go over how everything went, and no bedside visit to my room in the hospital. Yes, I understand she was on call and had to go to another hospital to do another surgery after mine, but that is no excuse to leave a patient in the dark for over 48 hours. The best she could muster up was a phone call in the afternoon over 2 days later. I fired her on that call - I will never see her again. She may have surgical skills and urology training, but she needs to go to school to learn people skills and how to be respectful to others. I don't care that she is a doctor, she is no better a human than myself and I deserve the same respect.
