Been going to Dr. Blackburn for over 15 yrs. He is knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. He has seen my entire family until the office stopped accepting my children's Healthkeepers Plus.

My husband goes to Dr. Blackburn, just started there recently. While it's true that we've had a wait a little while when we've gone in for appointments, it's because Dr. Blackburn talks to his patients as long as they need him to. He's extremely knowledgeable and simply DOES NOT RUSH. He answers every question we have, and makes us feel like there's nothing more important than us and what we're going through. So yes, you may have to wait a little while when you get there, but it's because the patients before you are getting excellent care, and you will too.

In year 2017, I visited the Dr. who is not my regular PCP. I told him I have elbow pain and knee pain. He told me that it is because of aging, he can't do any thing about it. That's end of the Dr visit. He didn't prescribe any x-ray exam. This Dr. really lack of knowledge or may not want to treat me at all. Overall, he is lack of professional responsibility.

Saw the Dr. once in 2017 about my head felt pressure and tight. He didn't do diagnose, instead referral me to a specialist. As a family medicine, he should have some knowledge on the problem I complained.

Our family has been seeing Dr Blackburn for 15+ years now, and every visit makes you feel better. Very good at understanding and explaining things. Definitely a doctor who knows if something is serious or not, and if what would be a good treatment or referral doctor.

the staff needs support. My druggist faxed called to fix my meds. This is happening alot. This is the worst. I have even walked in. They said no faxes or calls have come in. Stress is awful even waiting on hold.

Dr. Blackburn is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He readily listens to your problems and answers medical questions in understandable terms. His staff is very friendly and courteous. He is a very excellent physician. I can recommend to family and friends without reservation.

Review is not a reflection on Dr Blackburn but on the office and how it is run and its staff. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. YOU NOT OLNLY WAIT AN HOUR TO MAKE AN APPT. THAT APPT YOU MAKE CAN VERY WELL NOT BE DOCUMENTED AND YOU GO AND HEAR OTHERWISE. OR WHEN YOU GO YOU WILL WAIT MAYBE 2 HOURS OR MORE. PREPARE TO SPEND MOST OF YOUR DAY! NO COURTESY OR PERSONALITY WITH STAFF, RUDE AND DISCONNECTED. DO NOT LIKE THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE!
