Great app for pre-checkin. Super helpful staff. Had me in and out on time. The nurses were all great, and Dr Rhamy was just fine. The front desk staff deserves a shout out. Kaitlyn in particular was really great. She noticed my insurance and remembered it often needs a special form. So she went in the back and got it for me ahead of time to save me a second trip. She went above and beyond, great service.

I'm a young person and was recommended unnecessary testing to rip me. And at end there was nothing wrong with me. Just have to pay $2500 to find everything is ok will never be here again

I’ve had a perfect experience with Dr. Cote and all of the staff at Virginia Urology. They got me in quickly for all of my appointments, and were even able to schedule me for a procedure next day. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!

They will check you in and toss you around to others for hours before you actually get to see a doctor for few minutes. To your reply, I cannot give you my private information for my privacy reason. Do your job better and serve the patient as you signed up to do.

Dr Jung and his team are the best. Dr. Charlie Jung goes out his way to make sure you understand everything and he takes his time to example everything to you. His team is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Jung and Virginia Urolgoy

They were able to get me in same day and help with the pain I was having. The nurses were all so kind and the doctor was very prompt. The construction made navigating a little tough, but when I called for directions they could not have been nicer or more helpful.
