Dr. McNeish is very intelligent. However, over the years her bedside manner and empathy has changed for the worse. She was condescending towards me when asking questions. My son began to feel uncomfortable seeing her. She stopped returning calls. We've moved elsewhere.

First time seeing a pediatrician for my son. The review from Aug. 08 2019 is spot on. The service we received from McNeish was more like a Patient First than a true pediatrician. She was very condescending and has no sense of empathy at all. Won’t even consider using Richmond Pediatric Associates in the future because of the service we received from her. Only give her one star because it is required to submit the review.

Dr. Mcneish saved my son. She took the time to look thru his medical history to figure out why he had been so sick for so long. She is a true advocate for children!

I found Dr McNeish supremely helpful and more attentive than the other doctors in the practice. The first time we saw her for a random sick visit she gave me a TON of helpful information related to the issue, and spent more time addressing my concerns than any pediatrician we've seen in the past. She knows what she's doing and she does it well. We ended up switching her to my son's primary doctor because she is very well versed and comprehensive during the visits. She is not a coddler and that's not a bad thing! She is super nice and super efficient and handles my child better than other doctors have. I would 100% recommend her!

We've been seeing Dr. McNeish for 7-8 years and have always been happy with the care she gives us. She is very knowledgeable and kind and shows that she really cares.

I was very disappointed in the service I received from Dr. McNeish earlier today. She was very rude, condescending and lacked empathy. My husband and I were very disappointed as we have received pretty good service from some of the other doctor’s at this practice. If we continue going to this doctor’s office, we will be sure to never have our son be seen by Dr. McNeish.
