Definitely patient LAST...Unacceptable Poor experience where we arrived at 7:41 pm with no one in the waiting area. We were told they weren't taking any more patients. It would have taken 10 minutes for my son who likely had a sinus infection. I would recommend going to patient first right down the street. We arrived at patient first Genito at 7:51pm and they accepted us even with people waiting in the waiting area.

I went to Urgent Care 10/4. I had taken a spill off my horse and needed x-rays. They were so busy, but the receptionist squeezed me in. I’m so glad they did. I thought just a finger was broken, but at the doctor’s urging, he checked my hip too. I had a fracture, and everyone was so compassionate helping me get to the ER, borrowing a phone charger, and despite the exhaustion I’m sure they all felt, had smiles on their faces.

I had a very good experience, the lady at front desk was very friendly and professional, and the guy in the back was very friendly and professional as well. I was in and out.

This was a simple visit - pink-eye from a cold. This was my first visit to CareNow, and I was very impressed with the ease and efficiency of the visit. I tried online to make a same-day appointment. Instead the website asked how long it would take me to drive there, and it told me I would receive a text telling me when to come in. I completed registration online to speed things up, then went about my day. About 1.5 hours later I got the text asking if I could come in now. I replied yes, and drove in. When I entered there were a few other patients waiting, but not many. There were 3 clerks available to check patients in, but only 2 were busy, so I was able to handle any paperwork remaining immediately. I then waited about 10 minutes to be called in to an exam room. The whole visit took only about half an hour, and I was on my way with a prescription. A very good experience.

I love this location, they very accommodating and fast. Other locations are slow and so unprofessional, they don’t even answer phone calls.

This is a great place . You can put your name in online and they let you know when you should show up . I have never had to wait long at all . The provider I saw this time was very good and thorough.
