Just switched to Dr. McLean with some challenging medical issues, and am feeling very confident that she will be able to get to the bottom of what's going on. She spent lots of time with me, asking many questions, performing a thorough exam. So very glad to have her on my side.

I really had a negative experience here. Dr. McLean is nice, but she really doesn't seem to know much about the patient population under 35. For example, she is not up to date with screening guidelines and orders a lipid panel on everyone no matter how old they are. She also ordered a $600 lab test that did not change my treatment plan just to "cover her bases" i.e. the epitome of defensive medicine. It's one of the reasons healthcare costs are so high today: providers ordering unnecessary tests. She is also unfamiliar with the different types of contraceptives- she did not know the difference between my Paragard copper IUD vs Mirena (hormonal). Finally, she diagnosed me with BV with the sole reasoning that "it's common," regardless of my symptoms. Surprise, surprise, I did NOT have BV. If you're looking for a really good internist, I would look for someone more knowledgable especially if you're young. One pro is that the office staff is very kind and accommodating.

waiting four months kept getting bumped off. she seems to care but after moving to new bilding nothing gets done. if you are a cronic pain patient forget this practice they will not even prescribe a asprin. Pain issues will not be addressed. if you are a accident victome. better try to get another doc. utherwise great doc been there over 2 years nice person I will miss her but moving on to somthig much better long wait times sometimes 4 hours or more

I have always had a good expierience when I have been in to see Dr. Mclean. She takes her time ,is very thorough,and has a great attitude. She goes that extra mile to make sure she has covered everything I have come in to see her for and makes sure there is nothing else going on that I do not know about. She is a great physician.
