L. Randolph Chisholm's Online Review Report Card

On two separate occasions, Dr. Chisholm has actively intervened in my physical health situation, which resulted in my life being saved during both occurrences. That's about as strong, and plain, as I can state my utmost regard for Dr. Chisholm.

Dr. Chisholm has exceeded my expectations. Several days before Christmas I was exposed to Covid. He was totally accessible to me during Christmas Day and had me tested with two tests the day the office first opened after Xmas day. The service could not have been better or more caring.

I just saw Dr. Randolph Chisholm for my annual physical review. I was with Dr. Chisholm for a couple of hours. Dr. Chisholm reviewed with me a long list of test results, indicating the "good and bad" and laying out a detail plan of action to improve my health. I highly appreciate Dr. Chisholm's review and his concern for my very best health. Dr. Chisholm has been my doctor for many years and I very much appreciate him.

For more than 40 years my husband and I have been loyal patients with Dr. Chisholm! That is a very long time! He has seen us at our worst and sometimes at our best! What I appreciate most is his willingness to take time to really listen to us express our needs before he seeks to find a solution for what ails us! I am grateful for the care and concern he shared with us when we unexpectedly lost our first born son. Needless to say that was a very difficult time in our lives. One day when I was sharing my grief with him he put my chart down and gave me all of his attention which was exactly what I needed! He truly ministered to me that day and I am truly grateful. I will never forget that. His attention to WELLNESS has really made a positive influence in how my husband and I live out our lives. He motivates us to make better food choices and continue exercising to keep our bodies as healthy as possible. He makes sure we are up to date on all immunizations and procedures. The wellness lab and checkup are the most thorough we have ever had! The concierge plan may seem a little costly to us but we feel it is well worth every penny of it with Dr Chisholm and his nurse, Nancy. We are always treated with utmost respect, given the time we need and get the care we need to get better or manage the situation at hand. He knows us inside and out and is available 24/7, if needed. Dr. Chisholm and his staff are always responsive to my concerns and medical needs. This is especially critical when I am out of town and need medical help quickly that addresses the problem.

Outstanding Care!

Thanks to Dr. Chisholm and fantastic staff. My husband became a patient, last December . He is handicapped with difficult issues. He became very ill in May. There is no way, I could have handled everything without Dr. Chisholm. He was by our side in the hospital and came to visit, while in Rehab. He and his staff have answered many requests from home care and I have gotten calls from Dr. Chisholm to see how I am doing. So rare to have the caregiver asked about their welfare, as well as, the patient. There is no question that this is the very best in Concierge practices! We are so thankful to them. The Best in the Richmond area!!!
