Amazing Staff and Doctors. It is so good to live pain free.
I’ve lived a long time with chronic ( at times debilitating) lower back pain. Laminectomy surgery provided relief for a year or two but unfortunately rods and screws are clearly in my future. As a fellow, avid cyclist my back surgeon recommended Dr Qian as an interim step - before rods and screws. I had little hope that the treatment would provide relief but what choice did I have. Dr Qian performed an ablation and after about 3 weeks I was TOTALLY pain free. Unbelievable!!! After 6 months the pain began to creep back so I had a second treatment and viola I am pain free again. Wow, what an incredible difference it is to live pain free.
My name is MJ Fiore. I am on my significant other's computer. These people were recommended to me by my PCP. These guys suck. Tried for two weeks. Calling. Calling. Calling. Rings and rings and rings. AND... E-mailing once, twice, three times. No response. How in the heck does this "organization" exist is beyond me.
She's one outstanding, thorough, excellent clinician. I'm deeply thankful for pain management--at last! Years overdue having a rare genetic disease whereby the top chief complaint, regardless of the 13 different types of our disease is PAIN.
Every time I call to leave a message the from desk always has an attitude.
The front desk staff at this location are openly hostile, unprofessional, and retaliatory. Twice I arrived for scheduled appointments and was turned away—once after they sent me the wrong time and address, and again because they claimed there was “conflict” with me for calmly pointing out their mistakes. During my first visit, they had my sex listed incorrectly on intake forms. When I mentioned it, they laughed. That actually happened. If this is the face of the practice, it raises serious questions about the professionalism and integrity of the care behind the glass. I’d think twice before trusting this office with anything involving your health.
I enjoy going to the pain center. Everyone there is so nice and listens to your pain issues and tries to help get rid of your pain.
The office and medical staff are excellent here
I had a great experience with Dr. Qian. She is direct and efficient. She makes sure you questions are answered before you leave.
Very impressed, especially with Dr. Quoin.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
