Dr. Ogilvie has a gift working with seniors. My mother is sensory and cognitively impaired, and managing hearing aids can be tricky. Debra is extraordinarily kind, patient, and has a talent for explaining technology and process in a way she comprehends. It’s always a very positive experience visiting the office!

Debra Ogilvie was very professional and explained what needed to be done going forward. Explained status on my current hearing aids and when I could to update for new ones.

Staff was very professional. After the audiologist adjusted my hearing aids and worked with them to create my workable "hearing comfort level", I was able to hear a clock "tic toc" and birds whistling in the air. This may not be the case for everyone, but they took the time to reach the highest therapeutic level possible with the resources that I had. Recommend Richmond Hearing Doctors on Glenside.
