The Dr. Anh Zirnstein and her dental assistant Sharon was so UNPROFESSIONAL. My daughter went into the office for a new retainer, she informed them that she wanted the $150 retainer. When she went to get her new retainer they made the mistake of ordering the $450 retainer and was trying to make her take and pay for something she did not order. Even went to insinuate that she was liar and she order the $450 retainer. Of course I will never do business with them ever again. Aside from charging me $85 for “LAB WORK” that now apparently had to be paid with the convenience of “ONLY CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED” and did not even provide me with a receipt. SUSPICIOUS ENOUGH! FIND ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE THIS ONE IS NOT THE ONE.

I consistently refer this practice to friends. I cannot say enough about Dr. Zirnstein and staff. She does beautiful work, and her kind and gentle way is so reassuring. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I switched to Dr Zirnstein at Montclair Family Dentistry when our dentist of many years retired. We hit the jackpot with our choice. The office personnel are friendly, courteous and very professional. You can tell immediately that they love where they work. Dr. Zirnstein is amazing. She makes you feel very comfortable and puts you at ease as she does a professional job on your teeth. We are delighted that we found Montclair Family Dentistry .

I would just to say that I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t resist. This place is wonderful! The entire staff is fantastic! I had never come to this office but I had a broken tooth emergency. My husband called and they were able to fit me in the same day, as a new patient! Also, I am terrified of the dentist, but after having Dr. Z fix my tooth and give me a crown, I can honestly say that I am no longer afraid. She was gentle and just amazing!! I am so happy that this tooth emergency happened because I finally feel like I have a dentist that I trust and will look forward to going.

Warm and welcoming staff. I got my teeth cleaned with no issue. Definitely will come back and have no issue to stick with Dr. Z for awhile.

I have no complaints against the dentists. They are quite good. A member of the office staff, however, was completely devoid of any customer service sensibilities. The woman, whose name I failed to get, had such an appalling attitude that I chose to find another dentist that day. Should you have the misfortune of dealing with this poor soul, you will soon verify everything I've written. Good luck! Update: A recent call to the office changed my outlook. Kelly was genial and patient. Her pleasant attitude was very reassuring and restored my faith in good customer service. I can now recommend this office without hesitation.

Recently went here for the first time, needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I am always extremely nervous at dentists because of some very bad prior experiences but all of the staff here were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Conrad was very kind and good at what he does. I thought there would be trouble pulling this tooth but he pulled it very quickly and smoothly with no issue. Best dentist experience I have ever had.

My whole family loves Dr Z. She is careful, kind and treats her work like an artist. She takes all the time she needs. I can't speak well enough to do her and her staff justice.

Over the course of my life I have had several dentist and many personally have many personal dental hygienist. I use to hate going to the dentist but due to his knowledgeable and healthful staff I no longer dread going . HOWEVER is schedule does get full quickly but helpful staff will accommodate the best they can . :-D
