The staff refused to make an appt for me, although I have a referral, because of the medications I'm on with other specialist. A lot of doctors at riverside are very judgmental and profile new patients before even talking to them. It's a horrible experience getting the door slammed in your face day after day just to get treatment for lupus. This dr did just that, profiled me before even seeing me.

Dr. Vaughan is wonderful When he found something wrong he schedule me immediatly for a catheterization. My problem was hidden and he would not give up I was on the table whlie he looked for over an hour and than he finally found out what was happening . I was admitted in the hospital immediately and had open heart surgery the next day . He saved my life . He has compassion for his patients a good bed side manner and never gives up .
