If he can't solve your problem or cure it don't bother with an another doctor no other doctor would be able to He is the master of brain but sadly Riverside hospital don't value their good doctors and either they retired or move over the years most of the top specialist either left or moved because of Riverside dosent value their doctors if he leaves they should move to neurology service from their department

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Livingstone. I was referred to Riverside because the MC Donald's hospital nurses at Fort Eustis could not determine what I had. This is the first time a doctor has been so patient with me. He took his time and listens to my story. He did not hurry me and despite my accent he took his time. I was more than happy. It was a very beautiful experience. Thank you for your promptness and dedication. It is clear that I would recommend it without hesitation.

New patient, Dr seemed ok, staff not so much. Trying to get your lab results seems impossible, you can call them but they can’t return your calls.

Dr. Livingstone is compassionate, very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. We travel to Newport News to receive his medical care, and it is well worth the trip. He treats his patients with dignity and helps them to feel comfortable. He is very professional as well as friendly. Dr. Livingstone explains medical issues with ease and clarity. I highly recommend Dr. Livingstone!

Dr Livingstone is not good with follow ups. After the diagnosis, we had contacted him regarding issues with the medication and a better understanding of the diagnosis. He didn't return any of the 6 phone messages we had left him over a 4 week period.

Dr. Livingstone is friendly, personable, and very nice. He is professional and has excellent medical knowledge. He is very kind and considerate as well as patient. Dr. Livingstone has treated me and my husband and we both feel we have had wonderful care from him. We are so happy that we found Dr. Livingstone to be our Neurologist, and we highly recommend him to others!

Dr Livingstone spent ample unhurried time in my first exam. I was impressed with the various details taken for my medical history. Many modalities of examinations were used. I was asked for any questions and concerns as we finished the exam time. Throughout, Dr Livingstone was very thorough in his exam, answers to my questions and his verbal summary. He al The office staff was most helpful and pleasant. My appointment was on time. Dr Livingstone was very pleasant. Great experience.

This was my fathers last visit and dr livingstone was patronizing to us. He was wearing a facial mask and we felt as though he was aggravated we brought our father in to see him
