Always very caring...always listens to what I have to say. HE HAS MANAGED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MIGRAINES I HAVE EACH MONTH. I AM BLESSED TO HAVE HIM AS MY DOCTOR! The entire office (from doctor to his staff) is excellent!

The worst physician I have Ever been to. I have epilepsy; so normally-sure ud think to send me to a neurologist. He claims to specialize in epilepsy; when in fact he is only “specialized” to “treat” epilepsy. & there is a massive difference. When u research & learn more about your own condition? Then there’s obviously a flaw in the system.. he will tell u there is nothing that can be done about SUDEP which is wrong on so many levels; that all I can do is encourage people to take their own medical treatment into their own hands; so some research on ur own & question your physicians. Demand to be seen by someone who’s intellect on ur specific chronic Illness, is not beneath your own..

I love Hampton Roads Neurology. I started seeing Dr. Marstaller in the late 1990's and he was AWESOME. Once he stop practicing I begin seeing Dr. Ben-Othmane whom I also love. The staff is AWESOME, especially Crystal who responds to all email correspondence in a timely manner. I'll never go anywhere else.

I originally stated seeing Dr. Marsteller, once he was no longer practicing I begin seeing Dr. Ben-othmane. He's an excellent replacement. I wouldn't think of seeing another neurologist.

I have been a patient of Dr Ben-Othman for over 10 years and I am moving on. He does not care anymore. He is bored and it shows. He is not concerned wit his patients. He actually told us to ride out seizures and give them a call the next morning to just "let them know". Seriously? I stop breathing during seizures. Why not just drop him an e-mail? Not! Bye!!!

Dr Kamel Ben-Othmane is the very best in his field. I moved out of the area last year and I can honestly say he cannot be replaced. He has a wonderful demeanor, he cares about his patients, he truly went above and beyond for me...so from my heart Thank you Dr.
