I like this place as clear vision and not myeyedr. The optometrist is not really personable. I never had to pay after and eye exam so I was confused why I owed almost $150. I’m going to try and find a different place to go because it’s giving me weird vibes now. It seems like they just all about money now.

I remember when i first came here I was kinda ehh about it at first but now I’m glad I came here because Dr Arndt is a great doctor he really helped me out and he helped me see so much better and the staff are nice, I definitely recommend this place

Have been going there for 15 years, I will never go there again, whole new company with no customer service. NOT THE SAME PLACE IT USED TO BE!!!!!

Went in to get contacts, they gave me a weaker prescription because it was all they had. Asked if we could order my actual prescription because I cant see out of them after day 2 and they wouldnt do it until my next exam where they are going to go over if I like the brand and fit. If I can't see I'm not going to wear them. Hannah on the phone was very rude and very unhelpful. Learned my lesson I guess.

I would not take my worst enemy to him they don’t care about there patients all they care about is money and virus protocol have been going to him for years they have changed now . His staff is also rude ! STAY AWAY

I have been coming to this place since I was 6years old with the rest of my family. I am now 28. The past few years, the customer service has gone downhill. There has been staff changes and not in a good way. Not helpful at all to loyal customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
