My visit with Dr. Chang was fairly quick and his staff were attentive and thorough. Dr. Chang is truly a patient first surgeon who was compassionate and understanding when dealing with my complex issues. He knew I wasn’t ready for what was ahead and he stepped back and let me reschedule even though it affected his schedule. I recommend him highly.

I had a HUGE concern about my skin/condition after my 3rd shot of TALTZ. I called the Newport News office and spoke to Peter. I was told I can come in and visit with Dr Cook. Informed Peter I can come in about an hour. I get a phone call back from Peter to tell me that I don't have to come in and visit with Dr Cook. I was furious because the area where I injected the 3rd dose is highly irritated, swollen, warm to touch, really red, itchy, etc. I've voiced my concerns to Peter only for him to tell me that Dr Cook relayed a message to me that, since he is not my doctor that he needed more information on me and for me to make an appointment with Dr K Dehart. What happened to looking at my chart when I come in? All I wanted is to see a doctor to get some information on what's going on with my skin. Wish I could put NO stars. Terrible experience!!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with a skin cancer and was very nervous about having it removed. Everyone from the office staff to the doctor were great and very understanding. I left feeling a whole lot better.

Dr. Chang is one of the most enjoyable doctors I have ever met. So professional but takes the time to make you comfortable. Makes sure the paitent knows exactly what is going on and how everything should proceed. His personality and actions show that he is most concerned about the paitent and insuring they are comfortable.

Dr. Chang is a top notch caregiver. I was thoroughly looked over and given an excellent quote on my Botox! I am so pleased with the way I look! I can't wait to go back and get more!!! Dr. Chang's staff is very professional and were very very helpfull!

I was very scared when i was told i had skin cancer, when i went to my appointment i was greeted with the warmest staff i had ever met at the doctors office. I even didn't have to wait long to actually see the doctor. Dr. Chang made me feel like i was in very capable hands and his staff was very informative as far as what to expect with my surgery. After my surgery i called the office with questions (even though DrChang gave me his cell number) they answered all my questions and Dr. Chang even offered to speak to me himself (in the middle of his busy day) i love that office they are wonderful!!
